Wait wut. Slender's in his own car for the Finals? Does that not already put his car at an advantage since it's being driven by the person who understands its handling best and has spend much more time with it than you have with mine?

And Tak, at the 5:32-ish mark, you should know that you don't need to brake so hard, if brake at all at that point on the track. :lol: Not bad though, just either speak up or dub over some proper MR2 noises, the ones from the game are crap (as we know). :lol:

Blame the G27 Pedals resistance lol. There are better than the other Logitech Wheels but not strong enough so I might get a brake pedal mod.

Just for future reference Tak you might want to write down your intro script and have it where you can see it when filming so it flows a bit smoother and you don't find yourself at a loss for words.:lol:

LOL I was stressing out on writing the script so I decided to do it from thought, but yeah. Don't worry, I will.
 
I'm impressed by the performance of the ITR, but it comes as no surprise because it's out of the Civic's league. Can't wait to see the next part. 👍

lolwut? That doesn't answer my question. I asked why you use a phrase that makes absolutely no sense. I know I'm guilty of using phrases that nobody's heard but in what world does that make sense and why do you use it?

The only explanation I can think of is translation errors in Best Motoring/Hot Version/whatever else coupled with you being enough of a weeaboo to think it's cool because, well, there's no logical explanation for "cross mission" or "crossed mission" making any sense whatsoever in English. If you have some other reason for saying it, I'd like to hear it. Otherwise I'm going to continue believing that what I've said is the reason. :lol:
 
I must say I'm very satisfied with my car's rests and the comments on its handling. Now I must decide whether to bring her back for Season 3 with a mastered gearbox or come with a new car altogether. While I ponder over that decision, I'll start work on my T300 car in the morning when I get back from work later on. I'll post the lobby number here if and when I open up the lobby.

I'm excited to get back onto the touge after all the Wangan regulating I've been doing. Also, look for a massive update to our tuning thread in the coming days at TheCardboardBox.
 
I watched the video and it was quite good, although it got cheesy at bits with the Hot Version intros. I have to say one thing? wtf with the white MRS? The driver made so many mistakes. I'm half asleep as I type this, so I foget who drove what, but that spoilerless MR-S wasn't run fairly.

But yea, sorry to really get on your ass about this, Tak, but after watching both runs for my car, there were so many obvious screw ups all over the track it really started to seem deliberate. I mean, anyone saw what happened at 3:55? The car was already screaming "The ass is going to kick out if you don't do something", and yet it wasn't corrected until it reached the point of going nose first into the inner wall.

Same goes for 5:27, and again at 6:11. Panic braking there, when the full section can be taken with little to no braking at all? I know that Slender was in front, and that you drive with a wheel so correction is hard, Tak, but even so, lifting off and going near full lock is all you needed to get it through, no braking needed at all. And clearly, you should at least trust Slender to know the track enough to run through that bit without braking, especially since he should know his own car by heart.
 
To be fair i know the track extremely well :) Not so my car as i hadn't used it in a good while before shooting these battles :(

Guys please cut Tak some slack, I know he's not the greatest racer around but he did put up a good fight throughout the night 👍 Even I made several mistakes...
 
Didn't mean to be mean man. I just felt it wasn't all around fair for that 1 car. He drove the DC2 marvelously.

To be fair, his drive in the Integra was very good, but I'm just a bit irked that he screwed up my run that badly. :lol:

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Though that was all I could arrange, due to having school requirements fill up day after day... I'm barely done with school. :grumpy:

Or you could just share the secret to driving on Akina with minimal braking to Tak to up his pace a bit. And to get him to grow a pair and take some risks so there's no chance of panic braking happening again. :P

Edit: Just remind me to send you the car next season. :lol: Fast-ish car + OP driver = Goodbye T300 king. :lol:

Don't tell me that, I'm more than happy with my pace on that track, especially since I don't even Touge. :lol:

Anyways, I've also prepared my T300 car. Shadow probably knows, and Tak has already encountered it, however, I didn't notify them I'd be using it... ;)
