Nice shot, but edited? Your watermark is clearly too sharp and a tad brighter than the other entries around here.

All done in photomode and nothing else. I have about another 10 or 12 raw shots from the same session.... have one here also in a previous PM comp.
Have no problem getting Slipz to check this entry and others to verify if any further doubts.

BTW I don't have a problem having my entry questioned and in a bizarre way its kind of flattering. No hard feelings on my part :sly:

Alright thanks for answering. Good luck!

I think it's probably quite clear as to which photo will win, but hope I make the poll nonetheless;

I might change this as it doesn't fit with the judges idea of an outlandish background -it's pretty much the opposite! But the cars futuristic, and thats what counts right? :)

Dang, a couple people have already hopped on some of the ideas I've has as well. The question now is whether I can come up with something totally different, or I can stick with an idea but somehow still make it stand out?

Do we have to have a car in the shot?

The theme description is:
Take a picture of the future. Show the most futuristic cars and the weird oddities in your garage. Having an outlandish background would help a lot too.
Based on that, I'm 99.9% certain you'd want a car in the shot, although I might be the last to speak against "unique theme interpretation" - given my entry into last week's competition...

Good Luck!

@V8Loverrr Your entry looks a little on the big side ... same in the 2.0 comp, you need to shrink them to 500 px max ;)

Why not Enter a Combo that was already Entered if yours is well done.I see No problem at all with that 👍

Seeing as it's so early in the week, I probably will pull the pics off my PS3 tonight, and if I find one that passes the "it still looks good - even on my laptop's screen" test, I'll enter it. I won't stop trying new ideas and taking more pictures, but at least I'm in the competition should I not find something I'd rather enter more... Thanks for the advice!

Everything done within GT5. I thought that's allowed?!

That´s not what I´m talking about. The whole composition confuses me a bit. Don´t know if I´m the only one to think so...

I'm using Citroen GT. :)

Aaaaaand even the same car I was thinking of ;) But seeing the camera angles to be very limited I gave up on that idea...

Where's the Nike ONE 2022 when you need it!?

Shame it didn´t make it into GT5 :(

Final Entry

"2001: A Space Oddyssey"

Couldn't get more outlandish then this!!

Great picture! 👍

I'm not completely happy about this entry, but we'll see how it goes. I'm never really completely happy with any entry though.

^^Nice pic Ross!!

What can I say - I'm in a weird mood. In homage to Rocky and Bullwinkle I shall call it...

"Worm Hole" or "Tesla Battery Pack Blowing Up"

I very well may change this.
(I really like it, but it's a little too "predictable" an interpretation of the theme.)
However, for now, this is my...
