Had to leave early, sorry about that, but Dads Taxis are really busy at the moment on a friday, Grrr

well that was a good nights racing.
felt like i could of done better in the first race, but caught the grass and it went down hill from there and never really recovered. BUCHANPOWER no worries about the that mishap as i think i'm as much as fault as i'm not use to driving a manual just yet so braking, turning and changing gears at the same time kinda over load my brain :/
second race was fun even if i was no where near contention for anything and the 360 at 100mph was "all me" ;) but i was glad not to hit buraspo who i think was kinda in the middle of it
and the third race well if i didn't pit for wet tyres that i didn't get i may have got 5th. but only shows i need to tune my cars a bit more before the race. but over all not a bad day considering it's the first time i've used manual since GT1

I found out what was wrong with my BMW - I had applied the small front spoiler!!!! GRRRRRR!

Good to see buraspo still blasting his way up the table, one qustions, who else thinks that he may have fitted some extra 'parts' ???? - 96mph on the Start/Finish straight!

Normal service will be resumed next week! The small RM cars turned out better than I thought (still not as close as I'd expected) As you would have noticed, I plan to do a couple of Factory Fresh races with untuned cars, if I plan to use a 'Standard' model, I'll post on here to allow anyone who hasn't got the car a chance to get one or for me to re-choose another car.

i doubled checked my M3 and the only thing was the 6Kg of ballast to get the PP down... therefore i still used a BMW coupe....

Factory Fresh Mini Series

The following are the cars I plan to use in the next 4 FF Events within TRIDENT, the order they are here will not be the order I plan to introduce them.

If anyone has any problems obtaining any of the Standard models, please mention it as I'll either change the car or someone out there maybe able to lend one for the race.

For the next Factory Fresh Events you will need the following cars...

1. RUF CTR2 (S)
2. MR2 GT-S (S)
3. SLS AMG
4. Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640

Fully untuned with only an oil change and the selected tyres of the day.

count the bograt in .👍

I'm getting in touch with my feminine side this week so look forward to some girlie colours:sly:

Now THAT is an iconic corner, Omnius... I don't think I need to even say which one I'm talking about. But it's on a par with Laguna's Corkscrew - oversteer, understeer then back to oversteer, all within a few seconds...

This is the good thing about the GTP Android app, I'm at work "having 5" while standing outside in almost darkness updating the thread! :) Marvelous! :)

Roll on 5pm!!!

What a corner, and the view of the track as you approach it is mental:tup:👍

Total agreement there, Ade. Coming round the slight left 2nd corner for the first time, I was like

'Oh.........My..........Days. Look at that thing.......'

Looks like an interesting racing league. I would like to join, although I may find that I cannot attend every week.

Nice one!

New members are always welcome, and it doesn't matter if you can attend every Friday or just now and then. The points system we use helps us track who the 'main men' are in terms of race performance, so its not always about the win :) jamesy and geordie might have other ideas though :sly:

I'll send you a FR, and see you on Friday!? 👍

I'm sure you'll have checked over the main page for this weeks event, plus had a click on all the main links to the different rules/systems we use?
