That is very important. The bag looks really nice and indeed comfortable.

I bought a Slingshot 300 a few months ago. This one (but bigger):

And although it is very pratical (because you can get to the camera and even swap lenses on the go), it is not comfortable... When using it at 2/3, it already carries too much weight just for one shoulder and it always stays at a weird angle. Shame.

At least it was cheap (50 new).

10 cents a piece. These were the only 2 of the 10 that caught my attention, today. I already had Double Twist and the desktop client is so terrible I'm not going to bother with it for the Air Sync.
The others look good, just nothing I'd be interested in.

I bought air sync because I use my phone in my car now to play music so it's quite easy.

I bought Beautiful Widgets and today bought Shazam. I've aways had the free Soundhound but I thought I'd give this a shot. Nothing else for me today I don't think.

Great purchase, Beerz! Lowepro pack are outstanding. All day at DisneyWorld and mine was never uncomfortable. 👍

I've already walked a bit yesterday with it on my back, with a camera, 4 lenses and a few other accessories, and it felt just great. Makes me very confident in its capabilities to camouflage the weight, even with longer walks. 👍

Exactly. Mine was the 200 and I already had it fully packed with stuff, so despite the unbeatable versatility and ease of use (the mentioned ability to grab your gear on the go without even removing the bag), it was taking a toll on my back due to all the weight being applied on one shoulder only.
At first with little weight was awesome, but got uncomfortable as soon as I started packing it with more gear and whatnot... :guilty:

I think I saw a few weeks ago a backpack for photo gear that I would never tell it carried cameras and lenses inside, it was very "plain" and simple. But it looked good. Can't remember which one was it though. :ouch:

it was taking a toll on my back due to all the weight being applied on one shoulder only.

That' exactly why I bought the Fastpack 250. It has two straps but still has the side access like the sling. It holds plenty, too - everything (and then some, minus the tripod and monopod) are currently in there. It really only got heavy when we also had drinks and snacks at DisneyWorld in there, too. :crazy:

As well as these I got a mint condition glass filter set for the Contax cameras. All the cameras are also in beautiful leather cases.
Everything in mint working condition, except I think there is a problem with the Kiev's shutter but will run a test film at some point.

I don't think it's worth the battery life it consumes, or the storage space it uses.
If I had paid any more than 10 cents I would have been annoyed.

It's good as far as phone-racers go, but that's not saying much.

My alcohol supply was getting low.

New Holland's Zeppelin Bend, it's a straight-malt whiskey made in Michigan and it pretty fantastic. It's fairly pricey but supporting a local business is worth it.

Followed up with New Holland's Knickerbocker Gin. As a gin lover myself, I find this to be one of the most unique flavoured gins I've ever had, but the taste is amazing. It makes the perfect G&T.

Crown Royal Reserve Canadian Whiskey, used to make whiskey and gingers or just on the rocks.

I do need to add absinthe to my collection though and I hope to get a bottle of it by New Years. Nothing like ringing in 2012 with the green fairy.

Clips are excellent, after you ride them for a while you'll never swap back because you'll miss all the extra power they bring. If you've never tried them before then make sure you set the springs really loose (usually with a single allen key) so pulling out becomes super easy, I've never fallen over specifically because I couldn't remove my feet from the clips in time ( although falling with the bike still attached isn't the nicest feeling ever :dopey:

).

I've never used them either, but my parents were pressing me for Xmas gift ideas and I thought it was time to step-up from straps. I do notice some benefit from using straps, but it's important you focus on utilising the upward stroke.

And yes, I will do a review of them once I get a chance. Probably post Xmas and on a dry (but cold) day.

Seems to be alot of photography enthusiasts here.....I hope you all don't claim to be photographers when in reality, all you do is take a slightly angled picture in Sepia? :sly:

Anyway, my wife worked as a studio and wedding photographer, she hasn't done it for years and I think she would love to get back into it, she has an old Canon EOS from 5 years ago, it's an SLR if thats any help, 12mp I think, i'm thinking a new, decent camera may get her back into it, any suggestions? I really have no clue regarding cameras....budget is £300-400

I let my dad try them first, he almost crushed the rabbit hutch when he couldn't get out :lol:

On topic I got some JVC Marshmallows on a recommendation here and I'm pleased to say they fit great, they still fall out more than standard earbuds but I reckon that's down to hasty fitment on my part.
