B-Spec De La Sarthe 40 min sharp?!

Who finished closest to 40 mins here?

I just ran my lvl 40 Bob (M.Welch) and 39 Bob (J.Beckenbauer) and a 2J with RH.
End of lap 2, switched to intermediates, and the end of lap 8 I kept the intermediates.
Last checkpoint I checked, I was leading with 42 seconds.

Pretty easy. :sly:

I didnt take a photo but my bob Hamilton finished without any help just under 38 mins in a Toyata GT-One.

Thank you for the tip. I didn't change tires at lap 8 though, and Bob torched them. I almost got beat. I had NO rear tires left at the end. Lost 30+ seconds on the last lap. Won by 2 seconds.

I did the race again, (on my 2nd account) and I forgot to pit bob in on the 8th lap, but he still won by over 15 seconds!

I think my time was 40min 22 sec. But without any pitstops.

You really did 2 pitstops and still managed to get a faster total time ? :sly:

I got very close to 40 minutes this was with bob pitting on lap 2 and on lap 8 both times for inters.

Just done a 39.39,1xx in the 2J. Pushed Bob hard all the way except the Porsche curves, he is a bit iffy there.

Crikey there is some easy money here, Im buying X2010 in different colours like there going out of fashion.

I bought all those a while back when the Ferrari seasonal events were up, now have nothing left at all to buy so just end up buying a Miura here, XJ13 there, so stupid with this limit on credits. 👎

I used the 2J car, and keept him almost in the the red area the hole race. Okay my bob, did have 3 minor crash, that cost him 15-20 sec i would guess.

PD should have increased the credit limit to 30-40mill, cause with 6mill each 40min, you can really buy some expensive cars super fast...

Today i got even closer to 40 minutes using the strategy as before.

In the last 2 days i have won enough money to buy a Ferrari 330 P4 and a Ford Mark IV.
