The season for this series lasts six months and will only be run one time before September.

If you need to warm up your racing try the JGTC sereies now in its third season, it lasts until February 5th.

Next monday I will post the rules, signups can begin then as well as racing once you declare your teams. Official Season Start is February 1st.

Why? Your surely welcome to join in. In fact I've been trying out your basic racing configs in the JGTC.

I said that because I really want to join, but I want to focus on poker...

I will wait until I see the event list and if we have to race or hot lap.

Hope you like the setups.

Rules are posted! Everyone can start forming up for the season. Once teams are declared you can start racing. Official Season Start is February 1st. It ends August 1st.

The season is set up to drive a track every two weeks like a real F-1 season. Choose your race number and race livery and make up a team name or use a real one wether your a solo driver or two. Start driving today.

I'll probably be running these races sometime in the next six months anyway, so I see no reason why I wouldn't compete in this season of Formula 1.

I'll know my race number/livery as soon as I conquer 24 hours at Nurburgring.

I had one of my best endurance races I've ever driven. Not up to Smallhorses or OldGeezer's level of consistency, but not bad for me on a standard controller.

I never did reach my practice lap time though, but I did get withing 1.66 seconds of it with my best in race lap. My average lap time wasn't as close due to some traffic mishaps and a couple driving errors. Endurance races really make you appreciate real race drivers ability to concentrate solely on the race, then again they don't have as many in home distractions in their car with them.

I'm curious if anyone meets or exceeds their practice lap time in race.

I'm really enjoying this format. It really allows plenty of time for setup on a particular track, then every couple of weeks you go racing.

A question: Are the races in this series all run in the Formula GT Championship in the Simulation Mode of the game? If they are, then I'm willing and interested in competing as a second driver for Team Unicorn (As my Formula GT is Blue & Black and I'm not in the mood to run the Nurburgring 24Hrs again to see if I can get another livery).

Yes it is run in that manner. Welcome aboard! You don't have to have your online livery match your actual car. You have poetic liscence in that regards and you can join any team you like or start your own.

Most people you have multiple Formula GT cars got them through game saves and what naught.

P.S. Season ends August 1st.

That's cool with me.

I'm running this series as part of my June 1st attempt, so I won't be able to get started until I've completed 24hr at La Sarthe, the GTWC, and 1000 Miles!.

Maybe some others will decide to join, so we'll have some competition between teams. If not, maybe BH-21 and Crooooooow will form one.

Alright...Then I'll officially enter as lead driver/team owner of:

Bellomo Motorsports

(We don't have an official logo yet...)

Race Number is #00 (As #98 & #99 have been "Retired")
Race Livery is "Carbon-Fibre Black" (As we don't have any real sponsorship at the moment...)

As always, drivers looking to compete alongside myself can PM me.

We don't have to wait til August 1st to find out the results of completed tracks. Once all entrants have a time submission, I will post the results.

I'm getting ready for the Grand Valley race. I'm really dreading the 7-speed gearbox on this one. Sure wish I could take out a couple or three gears. It sure is a lot of gear changes on this track.

I unfortunately anounce my withdrawl from this well-organized series, as both my last working PS2 AND my copy of GT4 have stopped working...

Doh! That seems to be claiming many GT4 drivers these days. If it somehow starts working again, the end of the season is August 1st.

I'm getting ready for the Cote d'Azur (Monaco) race, which puts me halfway through the season with three months to go.
