I just finished the Tokyo race. Overall it wasn't bad. I had one spin-out, two major wall hits, and three minor AI contacts. I brushed up against a barrier at least once per pitting cycle, but only with enough force to leave a bit of rubber behind. And I did manage to lap faster than in my three practice sessions. My best lap was almost 1.8 seconds faster, but it was the only one that fast. Really good laps were 1.3 seconds faster but the majority of laps were close to the practice lap time. A lighter fuel load really helps to make laps faster.
Superspeedway is done. It was probably my best endurance ever. Just a minor incident off of pit road, and a wall brush coming out of turn 4. I can only hope to stay as consistent going into New York.

Halfway done!
New York was almost mistake free. I was daydreaming and forgot to pit on the correct lap and ran out of fuel on the last straight. That cost me about 40 seconds. I crashed and spun out 3 times at the High Speed Ring, about 12 seconds lost each time. The lap traffic at Grand Valley really got in the way, it was not a clean race to say the least. And I spun out twice. The bright note was La Sarthe. I was kinda worried since the track is as bumpy as it is, but I really liked how I set up the car. I couldn't have run it any faster without sacrificing consistency.

I will have to resign from the tournament. I have completely forgotten I was taking part in this competition. No times recorded, just a blank sheet. I apologize for my laziness and wished there were more competitors so I do not have to feel as bad by resigning.
Ok, thanks for letting me know. Well with only two competitors I guess I can post the results anytime I want now. Suffice it to say thc118 won most of the races, except New York. Thanks for playing thc118. Good driving mate.

Wow, your New York time was excellent.
I had quite a lot of fun running this series. Probably the most fun since the JGTC series.
Since it's over now, I noticed my car had a substantial oversteer problem exclusively at high speed, but I could never guess when it would happen or how strongly it would kick out. I also never found a fix either which irritates me now that I've learned the fundamentals of setups. Did you experience the same problem, or was trying to do more than what the DS2 could handle?
I should probably mention that I ran all the races with the maximum downforce.
