lots of info , and a parrot :P

I see a HSK CT230R '08 "Chubby" wich i am sure is on share so it can be taken to the ring :D ( hint hint )

About the S10 it is an older model car so i ain't sure how easy it is to get parts from a GM / Opel dealer over here compared to for example a 2007 car .

I don't need a big V8 seeing fuel prices atm over here are

1 litre = 1.82 euro -- 1 litre = 0.26 Gallon --1 gallon = 3.78 litle

so that would come down to 8.99 $ US per gallon ( i might be off a couple of cents )

running it on LPG ( Liquefied Petroleum Gas ) will defenatly be the only option :P

Ouch :ouch:. Just be glad we don't have to pay for fuel in the game :scared:

Put the car on share Just now. It was made for the Nurb, so I hope you enjoy. :dopey:

keep in mind prices have been rising for the last 2 qeeks orso and i am pretty sure they have not yet reached there maximum ....

What I will never understand is why the price of diesel is always higher then petrol, when the way people get there goods is by truck. :grumpy: Oh well at least we have a great game to play, to ease our minds :dopey:

I can't get the horsepower that you posted for "little sister" (mine only gets 998 not 1001 :( ) )
I know it's only 3hp, but I want my 1000hp Viper :D

My guess is that your Viper has too many miles. Not quite sure when that occurs but I think someone said 36,000miles (but I am unsure). :dopey:

15,000 miles and kiss goodbye to a little horsy. I've got a few low mile Vipers lying around if you want them though.

15,000? Wow, I need to find some lower mile cars :dopey:.

Can I ask you to run "Chubby"? (My newest tune) It was made pre spec 2.00, so I don't know if it works now : nervous: (it's on share)

moparisgod
Never mind. Missed something in the build. Going to try it at the Daytona Road course 👍

Make sure you brake on your mark, or else you may not survive :scared:

As the resident CT230R expert *fixes glasses* of this place, I can confidently say that I need to know how it actually worked before Spec II. Since the physics change of the stock CT230R from Spec I-II was so great, it might well have affected some of its tunes. Though AdrenaTune's hasn't been harmed much at all and I've been using that since pre-Spec II as well.

Mind you what the hell am I saying? I should just freakin' drive it.

Well I know it won't be as fast as some, but it used to handle like a dream. So as an expert I would be honored if you would drive it

Updated the transmission for "Sparkie" so now you can have some hybrid fun, Clueless style :sly:

Also I have a few questions for followers of the garage.

1. If I were to start a drag tuning wing in the garage, should I post the tunes here, or start a new thread?

2. Are my templates for my tunes easy to follow? Or should I re-design them?

Thanks, have a great day. :dopey:

For an automobile with just over 800hp The SLS is deceiving easy to drive. The chassis needed just minor adjustments to give it that little extra when cornering. Acceleration in the SLS is abundant here all the way up to 234mph... Luckily those brakes work well enough to reel back that awesome speed when necessary. Yet another high powered track toy for those in search of excessive speed. :D

So I tried your CT230AAAAAARGH yesterday and I do have to say...it isn't like any CT230R I've driven before.

I didn't do a full lap of Nurburgring typeV but even still this does stuff I haven't seen other CTs doing before.

The way you can actually brake with this thing and get it sliding, and then get it sliding after that feels quite strange for the car as it normally is.

I still liked it, definitely, but the strategy behind it seems a bit too odd for me to use it consistently.

Not a follower, just a friend, but…

1. If you do…do be advised that a lot of fairly foul tempered idiots would come here asking why the hell they lost to X persons car, even though said X person is a pro and they just took the tune. So yes…you could post tunes…just remember to write, in big bold letters, "BASE TUNE".

2. Good enough. I say let your daughter's creative mind let loose. Again. :D

Sliding? It had a slight understeer on corner exit, if I remember right. Maybe spec 2.00 really changed it? I'm going to attempt to play the game this weekend and I will definitely be retrying this var again. Thanks for trying it out. 👍

1. I know how high strung those drag guys get. That's why if I do start tuning drag cars I might just start a new thread. :scared:

2. I just had a few people say they missed something in the wright up, so I just wanted to know if it was easy to read. She's designing a new banner for the garage at the moment, but maybe she can help me later. :dopey:

I think I might well have gotten some understeer through corners and oversteer on the way out of them. I say again: the physics change from 1 to 2 really shook the HKS up. And also, new tyre wear might have made some difference to its ability to save them...

This is all very interesting. Most of my other tunes made the transfer from 1 to 2 with little difference. I am very interested to see how much different it has become.

It used to have miles of grip, and the tires would last for (I believe ) 4 laps at the 'Ring. Now it's broken :grumpy:

Sorry for coming in with something not entirely related again…but a momentous day has come among us.

First: fest0r- 8.501
Second: aka-i95- 8.518
Third: krenkme- 8.617

If we look at this "top 3 fastest times" board for a Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak nutter rally thing, we see that the Clueless one has come in 3rd! Yea, he's down by a 0.1 of a second, but still, look! HE'S ON THE PODIUM!!! If this lasts, that car would be the celebrated as the turning point for the Clueless! :D

Anyway, I'll bugger off now. Just going to say, good job. 👍

Dog is a busy man. It takes a while to go around the 'Ring :D. I'm sure he will if he can find the time *hint hint* :dopey:

Go get some sleep man!!! That's why I haven't asked you for any tests lately. I knew you were busy. Just make sure you have fun playing this game. If your not having fun then you're missing the point of GT5. :dopey:

Well i had 5 full hours of sleep , good lord I enjoyed that ...
Well after I had a good look at my Car I decided it is time to say goodbye ... :(
Shame seeing I really liked my car ...

( not my car but same model , color etc... )
Little Seat cordoba Evo 1 1.9tdi put a lot of people to shame , fun little diesel .
but all fun things come to an end :(

so i went inside and put GT5 on , and took the merc's out
Decided to take em out for a spin on the Nurburgring , not my best and steady track but for 1million credits a lap , well who can resist that :P
First i took the

Mercedes Benz SLS AMG '10 "Betta"/ 626PP/ Sports Soft Tires

slsamg1.jpg

Very fun car to drive , fast and agile . has a lot more grip then it will let you believe . Exellent gearbox , specially a very high top speed . Good and stable cornering but when you wanna put on a little show a touch of the accellerator is more then enough to leave you're compitition behind in clouds of smoke .
And on top of that it is an SLS , a truely beuatifull car to watch .
Only took me 2 tries to get the gold on Seasonal 650pp Nurburgring ( 1lap i messed up really bad ) , was a bit of struggle to get trough the pack at certain times .
But in the end all well worth it defenatly a car to enjoy while driving / racing .

kPnH9.jpg

Granted it was only against the Fairlady Z , i don't think i'll manage the McLaren F1 , but with Sport softs and 24pp less and no downforce i think its a good deal

First impressions of this car we're .. it is big and heavy . And alltho I still think that it is a very fun and extremely powerfull car to drive . With a rebuild 5speed gearbox with is almost perfect the accelleration is insane . Sadly on the long straight it tops out way to soon *only* 200miles per hour top speed :P . This car wants to keep going and even at 200mph you just sences it has more in it . With this ofcourse do come a few minus points , while this car has plenty of grip on is often fooled that there is something wrong with the breaking . It feels that the breaks are not nearly as powerfull as they should be , and yes there might be room for improvement the problem is not as much with the breaks . the problem is the engine , it is so powerfull that you accellerate to fast hence not expecting the speed you are doing before diving into a corner .

Gentle driving isn't really that neccesarely alltho throttle controle is a must , but as with the SLS you can cover the ring in clouds of smoke with ease .

taking it to the Ring 650PP seasonal it faced the Corvette
Granted not the fastest of opponents but still , i managed to overtake him between minute 4 and 5 .

PICjG.jpg

A very fun ride both of these cars are and alltho there is a little PP difference i think the choise between these cars will be more a question of cosmetic preferences then actuall performance seeing they are really close together

both tunes very well done and thanks for putting them on share it was fun 👍

Sorry to see your car go :(. I always hate getting rid of a car, especially one you kind of live with.

Thanks for running the cars at the 'Ring (I know how much you hate the course...just look in your signature :D). I know that the SLR can give you false hope, but is there any way that you can think of to stop that? Well at least it is kinda living up to its name.

Thanks again :dopey:
