Hami, I have to say that I am rather disappointed in you. A good, clean, upstanding racer like you entering dirty NASCAR rooms. What has happened to you? Did you take a blow to your head or something? LOL, I'm just joking bro!! I just had to stop by and give you some crap about that, lol. Anyway, hope all is well with you friend. Peace.
It's like a guilty pleasure. You do kinda feel a little dirty after you play.
I should probably look you up and join a real NASCAR room with you. My Daytona tune is getting to be pretty fast.
We can do that sometime, that would be cool. I haven't done much NASCAR of late tho. Been focusing on the tt's. Working on Spa right now. Got a killer tune going on for my Speed 8. Its posted in the tt thread if you want to check it out. Peace.
Great tunes, Thanks

Motor City HamiI am on holiday in Ireland this week. I have a rally tune posted. Try that out and I will plan to do some more rally testing when I get back.
Ford Mustang V8 GT Coupe Premium '07
707hp, 1321kg, 568PP
Oil change but not broken in.
I don't think that PD was fair to the car when programming it's handling abilities. I get the feeling that it was assigned to a jr programmer who has never seen a Mustang close up. He has heard that they are only good for drag racing and because of the live rear axle, Mustang's cannot turn. Go to a Grand Am Series race and watch Jack Rousch Jr drive. Or pull up any video of Vaughn Gitten Jr and you will see that Ford Racing has been able to find some cornering ability out of the Mustang over the years.
This car was very frustrating to tune. I tuned a couple of versions of it well prior to update 2.2. With many changes to physics my old tunes for this car were absolutely no fun to drive. The car won't stop and it will not rotate around mid-corner. I had to go to the furthest extremes on settings that I have done on any car in GT5. I have only spent about an hour and a half on this tune, so it could still be better. At least, now, it is more fun to drive and starting to approach being fast.
The tune posted below is for Laguna Seca online. It worked pretty well offline too.

I intended to only use 5 speeds for Laguna Seca. These gearbox settings should come close to topping out 5th gear on the front straight. Also, don't wait for redline to shift this car. It likes to be shifted a bit before the blinking shift light.
Toyota 86 GT '12
358hp, 1286kg, 490PP
This car was built for the 490 PP Japanese Tuner Challenge. This was a tough car to tame. It takes a bit of extra care when getting back to throttle on tight 2nd gear corners. Also, no matter how tempting or how much the gear indicator flashes a red #1 in your face, never, ever drop down to 1st gear. First gear is only meant to get you rolling off pit road - it is not a racing gear.
