Some folks (like me) don't get a chance to update in this thread after every trade or even after several. We use those numbers to indicate the number of trades that occurred. While one person might make 5 posts repping UserX, I would use one post with UserX +5. It's also a way of indicating that someone has gone above and beyond in a trade. For example, a positive rep is assume to be a "+1." If someone sent early or sent an extra item or donated something to you, you might use a number other than 1 to indicate this (or in the case of charity just to recognize the person since technically no trade took place.)
 
Thanks for clearing that out. Kind of figured it might be the number of trades, but every ones in a while there are these insane ammounts, so I was a bit confused.
 
I am a day or two late, but thanks to Dom00000. He went out of his way to make a trade with me. I was being difficult too. But he met all my silly conditions with no hassles. So I thank Dom00000.
