Hi. Welcome to the series. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the short stay in the series, in which you managed to pass me, while off-track, and then "oops, I didn't do that." on the Forums. Neither of you have a clean record, and neither of you will have a clean record yet. If you're looking for a fight, take it somewhere else. I only reply once, and, when I do, it's generally sarcastic and witty.

Pass you off track. What?

You only reply once?

...and this BS that I hopefully thought was dealt with back in July. I don't even know why we're discussing this again.

James... Care to help ghskilla understand where this BS came from, for its second time? Please, James, do something right for a change. Please, James, stop bringing us people like Cows, Mitch, and Jakob, who do this sort of stuff. Please stop trying to bring people back to our series. Please stop saying that you help Polarbear345 to run this series.

James, PLEASE STOP!

You have no place here, James. You don't help us to run the series, you don't run races-and if you do, you ruin them-and you're about as good at organizing a team of clean racers as Chip Ganassi. Go away.

I know, because James called me up and said I should race in this series. Because, you know, that's exactly how I got here. :sly:

I have more wins here, and a cleaner record here, than you.

:D  Letting James "call you up" is a mistake. You shouldn't trust people on the internet with your phone number. Anyways, have a good night, cows.

Take it from me;

DON'T PUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE JAMES EVEN HAS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SEEING IT!

He WILL text you. I'm speaking from experience.

Sarcasm doesn't travel well over the Internet.

Because I know James was the reason I was here.

/Sarcasm

"Called me up" doesn't necessarily mean literally calling me. :dopey:

Hey, had to make sure. With what happened to me... I wasn't sure.

Funny that, sarcasm travels fine for me.... :D

Anyway, Cows, did you read my post? I'm guessing the other posts dragged it from your attention somewhat. Anywho, I basically stated why I don't want mitch back here. There were a few things I recall him doing that were not befitting someone you seem to hold in high regard.

Let's just focus on the race this weekend for now regardless of who is racing. It will be interesting as to who does what. I am predicting that the Mazda will be tough as long as its tires hold out. If it rains then the Audi will be pretty much unstoppable. DP is a toss up.

Not if what Storm's saying is correct. If what Storm's saying is correct, the Mazda's actually way off pace. :nervous:

I bet it isn't. The Camaro might be at a disadvantage because of bad tire wear. Rain will probably make the race a quagmire anyway which will definitely benefit the Audi.

Do we even know, for sure, that it will rain? I mean, as much as I'd like it to rain, Storm's got me beat by 14 seconds; my car's too light, and has too little downforce for driving in the rain. Now, if I were in a Continental race... :sly:

About my rain laps? Yeah, although I'm surprised that the Mazda's not touching similar times, to be honest. My dry laps aren't too shabby either. I know you said that your practice mode and lobby times are about 2 seconds adrift, but for me, running in either practice mode offline or in a lounge doesn't degrade my lap times at all. I used tyre wear in both situations.

I will say this though. Given that Damu's running a heavier car than you, and his times over 1 lap aren't quite as quick, the Mazda WILL be competitive.... in the race itself. We had 2 one-lappers the other night, and both of us scored one win. Strangely, we spun out in the same place on the track.

The Audi's should be practicing and praying for the rain to fall....

School begun, don't have time to test. I will test after ALMS tomorrow, though. Track settings for Sarthe?

Not always. I've been in races where we didn't even need to inters or rain tires.

I should have been more clear. If you look up "Truth In 24" on youtube its litteraly thr first thing the guy says. If you guys havent seen it, you guys should take a peak at it. Its a documentary of the last win of the R10's at LeMans. Its one of the best documentaries I have seen. Really shows how hard work and preparation pays off in the end. I believe Jason Statham is the narrator.

There is a sequel where they cover the R18 also. But I dont think its as good as the first one. Still good to watch though.

Both documentaries were on the R18. There have been races at Le Mans were it has been completely dry even in real life.

True...but I was just saying where I got my original comment from. 👍

I havent even tested the car at LeMans yet. :( Just take Storms time and add a couple seconds, maybe 10, to it. That sounds about right.

I watched Truth in 24 just now. Absolutely epic stuff.

 Oh come on, it's not going to be that much of a difference.

Also, did you get my other PM about Sarthe, FH? I'll include something about the wet laps I've been finding in the car later on. its touching 4am, so I'm hitting the sack.

I have seen the one on the R18. That was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed the whole thing thoroughly. Seeing Alan McNish crash as well as Rocky made me cringe though :scared:

I saw McNish and Rockenfeller crash live. I was scared for Rockenfeller because they didn't know his condition until about hour after the crash had happened.
