haha, i met some guys who were drifting on sports softs. They made it to the top of the d1 section, turned around, and came back down, as i was half-way up. :ouch: The noobs continued to trashtalk me for being a member of gtplanet, and said that they were going to shut gtp down, because we choose to drift on comfort tires, and later removed me, when i said that the sports tires take no skill. :indiff: I mean, seriously, there are so many noobs.


I opened a randoms welcome lobby, and it was epic. I bumped into gts-redline, if you guys know him. That's how people should drift. They should not argue about this and that. They should discuss gt academy, and his recent trip to silverstone, and not which tires to use.

My ISF. - I run mine with the standard clutch! (it seems to suite my drifting technique better)
for once, none edited!

Adz, Lazy, Marc, Blitz...really nice shots on the previous page guys! I really like some of the stuff from the custom tracks.

Adz, you BnW shot with the red tail lights and smoke is brilliant!

Nice, man. Bringing your own stuff to us, thats a start. By the way, some small tips:
1 - Try not use the blurry miniature filter in the game, it mess up with the textures in the edges. Also, you blurried an unwanted part in your NSX.
2 - Watermark logo is nice, but yours was barely invisible.
3 - Is your car still or you took the wrong shooting speed and layout 1? By the way, standing pictures are cool, but i like drifting pictures more. A lot.

Thanks. Ill try bring more material soon. Right now im gathering what should be showed here and editing (filters, blurring graphical issues, croping...).

I liked the first 2, but i normaly try not take pictures from the angle showed in the third for 2 reason:

1 - The rear tire smoke don´t shows as it should.
2 - The front window makes invisible the smoke behind the glass... its another annoying bug, some people don´t care and even get some good pictures in this situation, but it must find a very specific angle to not make people notice.

I had to quit from a picture in the last set, for the same reasons. See how the rear tire don´t shows the smoke properly?

Its a raw picture, not edited. Also there is another issue here and it happens when i have to rewind the replay if i miss the right momentum... see that skid before my car? Yeah, its from the same car.

I did take the shot and I appreciate your offerings as I am new to the Camera in GT. I'm struggling as even though I can compose the shot I struggle with the controls.. I might try it again later... We were hoping to get help with the in game shots and hoped that was covered as from the picture I can frame/ratio's, but lacking in specific skills with the GTP...We are welcome for your support ;-)

2) There are numerous options for water marks as we have quite a collection of media. But I agree with its visability problem.

3)The car was moving . Its was on mode 3

Hey Riftworks, I can recommend this thread to you. It will greatly help you gain more knowledge of how to use the GT5 camera.

It helped me alot back in the day, and I know it has helped others here aswell.

Allright, understood now. Stills, some people i know don´t like this car because its far outside of the normal 5 or 6 gears type.

I know though yeah, the ISF get's like 8 Gears right? ;) It can be tuned so you don't need them all though, I'm sure of it! Might take a while.. xD

My ISF uses 6-7 out of the 8 depending on the track... 👍
