Mazda MX-5 SR-Limited (NA, J) '97
160hp, 1000kg, 335PP
DS3, FPS Freek stick extenders, ABS 1, SRF forced on in this seasonal, all other aids off.
This car was built for the
380PP NR-A Roadster Cup at the
Indy Superspeedway. I didn't notice when I built this tune that Chassis Reinforcement had been installed. It didn't turn well at all, but I thought that I would stick with it and make it work. I plan to build an identical car without the reinforcement to test the difference. I was able to pass the lead cars at the end of the back straight on the last lap running this car at 335PP which gave me prize credits of over 700,000. I think I could still win this event with 330PP.

- Lower rear swaybar from 4 to 3.
- Reduce negative rear toe from -20, closer to zero until you are comfortable
- Raise rear springs from 5 to 7, 8, 9 or 10 and raise dampers to too.
- Lower front springs from 12 to 10, 9, 8 and lower dampers too.
