James, for the live recording do you connect the HDPVR to the PC, and also connect the HDPVR back to the TV from the ''out'' connections? (trying to find the right words in english... sorry if my question look weird..) :)

I noticed a huge lag on the PC i assume its not the case if you reconnect from the HDPVR to the TV.

Yup, I do exactly as you just said, I can't find a better way of saying it. There is only about a 1 second lag on the laptop. I have alot of cables going here there and everywhere
