Should I change my name to IPWNNOOBZ? I'm not a fanboy of Skylines anymore and IPWNNOOBZ is my CS in-game name.
 
You must first ask yourself - is that a name that you will want one month, one year, 5 years from now? Personally, I wouldn't.

That said, I'd go with this:

Personally I think IPWNNOOBZ is just going to open you up to a whole load of abuse when you're out there racing and getting beaten yourself, it's going to backfire! (Though it'd be amusing to see. ;))
 
To be quite honest, it sounds like a noob-ish name. Sorry but it does.

I would probably make my name something that doesn't include a number. Try something that's one word but a little catchy...
 
I would pick a name you like as it will be your identity for at least a year(you are only allowed 1/year). I personally went from "Northstar3914" to "Justin" as that name just didn't feel right on a forum like this one(although it is still my PSN as there is no way of changing it without losing some saves:grumpy:).
 
Is this a serious thread? Im having trouble telling. I mean you actually wanted to be called IPWNNOOBZ? can you actually pwnnoobz? at which game?

Anyway if i saw a user with that name I would think they are quite immature, even if you were/are good its quite arrogant to go around with that as a name. It would only be a matter of time before someone who is ACTUALLY good plays you and thus embarrasses you.

Hugh G Rection... now surely you asking to be called that was a joke too right? overcompensating?

If you are after another name i suggest something that is unique and individual to yourself. Your first name is certainly an option though i would assume youd rather a form of nickname instead.

If you don't want to use your real name, be uber creative. See my name? It's in my sig (a really, really short explanation) but I thought up the name to that for an RP I was writing up during the days when AOL was the stuff. :lol:

If not uber creative, then just be creative. :P
 
Well, guys I'm tired of my name, and I don't like Skylines anymore... and I'm terrible at ideas (except when it comes to saving money). so you guys give suggestions and I'll see which one I like. How about Wake Up Arson ? Thats my bands name. Or LOLUMAD?
 
I'm thinking comic books, so, yeah I'm not going to be of much help right now.

...Unless you want to change your name to Anti-Monitor, or O.M.A.C. :lol:

I myself have a name I would like to change to, but I don't have the funds to buy GTPremium. I thought that was a necessary step.
 
I agree entirely with Small Fryz and SVX, your suggestion sounds really immature and if you want a new name you will be much more pleased if you yourself come up with your new name. We can still give you feedback on the new name before you get it if you want.

Thank Christ... at one point i had to almost keep a diary beside my PC to keep up with who was who and who are they now! Its hard enough keeping up with Avatar changes.. let alone a combination of both once a week.

Hairy Bean Bag (My CS clan leader name)
Drowning Man (cuz I discovered that "lol" looks like a drowning man)
Sad Face (because I use it alot in IM)

And really, is all this necessary? If you want to change your name, figure out what you want - ultimately we're of no help to you, buy a month of Premium and do it already.

Non-premos aren't allowed to change their names at all.

And I agree with TB. It's your name. You have to live with it. You choose.

Think of something original and unique. Or mutate something you like to something that is unique and suiting. And mature.

And unique. Too many "stig" something somethings, Skyline something somethings, BMW something somethings, etc.
