Its not a glitch, its just a matter of tuning the suspension in a ridiculous way. It has stage 3 weight reduction and window weight reduction, ride height at +85, suspension at full stiffness, -9 camber, roll bars at 1, and soft racing tires.
It gives the car too much grip and a center of gravity that is too high. Then you just turn, it flips on its own.

HAHAH someone had tee many martooni's and was late for soccer practice.
I think the reason it jumps over onto two wheels so fast. It's because i think when you turn the game programming is trying make what is correct. Having the tire treads touch the pavement, if you look when the car is driving flat its riding on the edge of the rims. i think the game thinks this is incorrect and when you turn it quickly corrects. That is why the car snaps that quickly

I did this as well, it's quite easy.
Tuning:
Racing Soft
Fully adjustable suspension (Make everything as hard as possible, camber up to max)
Body Rigidity improvement
Full weight reduction
Instructions: turn.

In addition to what the previous poster mentioned, I set the ride height to +85, and an LSD is required, otherwise as soon as you get on 2 wheels all the power will go to the wheels in the air and you'll slow down too much.
I also did some hp upgrades to it would get going faster after flipping.
