Uhh ... you won't be getting any F10s from that Lvl 24 ticket. Just so you know. F2007s, yes ... F2010s, no. At least, that's been my experience. I'm not max a-spec or b-spec so maybe that could affect it. However, my opinion is that it won't matter.

Doesn't the 24 ticket give you a car thats lvl 24 ? and the F10 is lvl 24 right?

Level tickets and year tickets all have certain cars they won't give up even though they fit the class. The F10 is a perfect example. It is a level 24 car but you can not get it through the ticket. I believe the 1000 ticket is the only way to get around this with the exception of the X2010 of course. In the case of the F10 you can always save your money, backup the save, buy and send the car, and then reload the previous save.
