Mercedes-Benz driving event on Spa

There was a Mercedes-Benz driving event in Japan just recently in which they used the new DLC Spa track. The video is in Japanese but there are some nice pictures of the track if you skip like 20-30 minutes into the video.

Oh, and at 1 hour 19 minutes and 37 seconds they go to the PD Tokyo Studio...

Thanks for the link, my interest was the Studio tour but most of it was known content being shown off in staged kind of way. However what is this red Mercedes?

Is it a C class Coupe, maybe the new C63 AMG coupe? Doesn't seem to have the roof line of the sedan.

Looks like its the C63 we have in the game already.

The silver trim under the window for the C63 coupe curves up slightly at the end but the one in the picture is straight.
 
Hmm, I only pointed it out because the roofline looks strange for the sedan at that angle (and pic quality). I am aware we have the C63 sedan in the game, I have 3.

"Umm..didnt actually anyone spotted the missing track logos on that video(Mercedes event on Spa)above the Kart Space picture at 1:19:47.
Also just before that, a picture next to the Toskana logo,actually seems an other track logo but cant make the name..
At 1:21:05,which track is this,behind the lady,doesnt remind me any of the already known,same at 1:21:14 wich pit stops are those?
And last much information at 1:21:33..."

YES I DID! :D And the strangest thing (besides these tracks not being in GT5!) is that cluster of track logos includes those of newer tracks like Cape Ring and Eiger. Bizarre stuff, man. :indiff:

@ exactly 1:19:47 pause as the camera pans along the side of the wall w/all those screen pics taped on the wall.

EDIT: Pause it again @ 1:21:33. Check out the pic north-east of the GT-Mode (Life) welcome screen thingy. You'll see the logo for Grand Canyon among others I can't recognize.

I swear I see these two at 1:21:33

The outlines and color of them look so similar, I doubt I'm mistaking them.

With Las Vegas, the logo that I'm looking at in the video fades from red to blue. I wouldn't post these if I wasn't sure.

Are the small ones at the bottom of that Sheet of logos tracks, too? They're so tiny, they're impossible to compare.

Also in the picture at 1:19:47 the tracks are divided by country
 
What i really want to know is, what track is on 1:21:05.
Its already full rendered,and i see ,perhaps,next to it a reference picture..That means is a RL circuit?Which one?

If it's not Spa (is it?) then it looks like we can look forward to more DLC packs. At the same time (1:21:05) there's something on the track on the screen to the right.

The screen is looked at from a narrow angle, but I tried to correct it on photoshop to get an image of what's actually on the screen:

Looks like a small truck, doesn't it? For background scenery or for driving??
 
The first one looks like High Speed Ring. Someone in the other thread mentioned Monza and that's gotta be what it is. Nevermind. High Speed Ring it is. Isn't Monza wider? with no grass on that part.

The truck is driving on the track but it looks like a Midget II without a tire attached to the hood.

A black donut on a white car should be easily noticeable. I think you photoshopped the reflections though. The dark area on the grass is the camera. The white platform is a reflection too. I'm positive the second picture is Nurburgring. I know I've seen the red and blue, they aren't very visible unless you look left when you're driving on that part.

The truck is the tissue box lol joking

That lady's in charge of replicating the tracks, cities, environments. I love her haha

Seen her in a PD studio tour video.

Now I don't know exactly why I'm thinking it, but I think that track is Hockenheim. As soon as I saw it thats what popped into my head :dunce:

Just checked it,and surely is not High speed ring or Monza.There is no track like that now on GT5..

EDIT: My first thought when i saw it was Midfield... :)

Looks like the Midget
 
My first thought was the Midget, but the silhouette doesn't match. Looks more like a Midget I, but it looks like it got two front wheels so it can't be that either.

My thoughts are more like these:

I think the Mercedes is the closest match so far.
But if the truck out on the track or is it on some background tarmac area?
 
The woman in the picture probably knows exactly what's on the screen and why. That is slightly annoying.

Maybe she is thinking "oh 🤬, I hope they're not filming that screen! This is supposed to be a secret!" :sly:
