If it's not Spa (is it?) then it looks like we can look forward to more DLC packs. At the same time (1:21:05) there's something on the track on the screen to the right.

The screen is looked at from a narrow angle, but I tried to correct it on photoshop to get an image of what's actually on the screen:

Looks like a small truck, doesn't it? For background scenery or for driving??

After looking The Audi Video at Spa that is the eau rouge section on Spa, and the car it seems to be the Daihatsu Midget II

It's not a Daihatsu Midget II, it looks to be some sort of track support vehicle.

Yeah but the two tracks coming this Tuesday are brand new and required much more time and resources ($) to produce. Whereas all the old tracks will take time to re-do/touch up but a lot less because they already have the basic "skeletons" of the tracks on file.

I think PD receiving every 5US$ from Course Pack dlc to pay for Spa Franchorchamps track license, and PD shouldn't take another much dollars from us because they already have the license for the tracks listed, they already paid the license for the infineon, las vegas, citta di aria etc. they'll just have to remake and make it more details for gt5, imo.

Licences for cars have to be bought for each game. That makes me think it wouldn't be a different process for tracks. Just giving my two cents, I'd still like for them to be added in an update, but I don't think its going to happen. I'd say give us the ones we've already seen for free, because we've expected those and it'd be a shame to have to pay for them. I know of, at least, Grand Canyon, El Capitan, and Piazza del Campo.

uh, so we'll have to pay another for new tracks? but no matter what as long as there will be some new tracks :)

Yep, it's Eau Rouge. Great to have that mystery solved :) Then maybe the straight on the left screen is Spa also, although Midfield Raceway looks pretty much the same.

About the car, I still think that this is the closest match:

It seems like it's too big. I don't think there's any other car that has a back and a frontend like that, besides the Midget II. It's just too unique and we probably won't get anything like that as DLC. The donut isn't visible when it should clearly be from a sideview.

wow

Piazza del Campo. It's the kart track that never made it because of the flags, allegedly.

You got it right.

This isn't flat and Piazza del Campo's logo matches, definitely.

The more I stare at that photo, more I think that Citta di Aria is firs logo in Italy row.

So cute, how all of you guys are guessing, what new content is coming and believing to know, what you are seeing on the screens.

You guys are exactly the ones, who get diappointed by every update not to get, what you were hoping for.

Big Ron you're getting all wrong :)

For me it's fun to search for clues, to verify photos etc. But I'm far away from expecting these tracks, features and anything other than officialy announced by PD.
I keep my expectations really low, belive me :)

No no, I'm just doing it because it's fun to speculate and search for clues. This is like CSI Gran Turismo :)

And that car is not the Daihatsu Midget, I've known that car for more than 10 years and it doesn't look like that in silhouette. Compare with this picture, the front ends with the front tyre. In the picture above the "hood" clearly stretches out in front of the front tires.

Did Kaz say we'd get a 'track pack'? DO you think Spa and the Kart track are this 'track pack'? That's the question.

the other alternative is that they charge $2.50 per track. Not the best idea really, especially considering fixed transaction costs (visa) and marketing stuff.

Avens you are implying that he was going to charge Spa and the kart track separately. I'm not talking about the price issue. I'm saying that Kaz tweeted "track pack"- Do you think Spa and the kart track is this track pack?

I think Spa and Kart Space is the track pack he mentioned.
I don't think it's the last track pack we will see though, and as Spa is quite a big track (with weather change as well) maybe future track packs will feature more than two tracks.

yes, and I also think that every track will continue to be sold in packs as well.

What they should do is release information on the next track-pack in conjunction with the release of Spa and the Kart Arena. If they released new DLC every two weeks (along with information on the next DLC) for the next 2 months, the GT5 community would be re-energized.

It's a pipe dream though.
