hi there,

yes another thread, but i made this to make it easier for people just wanting quick options and not reading pages of comments

please only put the info in this format

Driver(s): lvl 38
- 1 driver only
- note: keep bob 50-60% to preserve RI tire wear and strength/mental to avoid mistakes
- at end when bob is suffering tire/mental/strength - keep him calm (in the blue for Esses/Tertre Rouge)

Car: Chapparal 2J

Set-up: turbo 3 / transmission 400km/h

Pit Strategy: 1 pit stop
- RH pit end lap 3
- RI until end


Time: just under 40 min

Nice strategy, but for some of us, we aint near Lv38-40, most of my bobs are Lv30 n below, here is my tune/settings that i use to run with;;;

A very good level 40 Bob, Toyoya GT-One turned down the downforce to 30% then set pp to 700, leave him to it finished just under 38 mins.

What about people without the 2j??

Yellow Audi R8 01, high turbo max downforce (added some weight to keep max HP 715) 230mph max speed purchased with the prize money from Spa.

Started on racing hard tyres with lvl 34 Bob pitted end of lap 2 for inters then kept it going til lap 9 (forgot to pit lap 8) by then Bob was broken & needed a break swapped drivers, tyres & added 10l fuel & won by 20 secs ish

The trick is the poking & when to do it tried to keep Bobs cool through the twisty bits & abuse the hell out of them on the straights.

Audi R8 Race Car (TEAM PLAYSTATION ORECA) '05 - it is in seasonal garge, two pilots 33 and 34 level. Racing hard rubber.
Click, click "enriching." A pit stop on lap two. change to an intermediate rubber. Press the entire third round of the command "speed" and then overtake all at the end of the circle. Before Ninth Circle "pilot scale" should be in the red zone and the center. At the end of the ninth circle - a pit stop (change to the racing hard rubber). The tenth circle drive through the "blue scale"
Time - 40:07:xxx

- note: click "overtake" all first and second laps
- note: keep bob 50-70% to preserve RI tire wear and strength/mental to avoid mistakes
- at end of race keep bob 0-40%

Car: Audi R8 Race Car (Team Playstation ORECA) '05 - you must buy it in seasonal garage

Set-up: you must change the oil and make the engine bulkhead

Pit Strategy: 2 pit stop (at the beginning - hard racing tires)
- First pit stop at the end of second lap (intermediate tires)
- Second pit stop at the end of ninth lap (hard racing tires)

Time: 40 min 7 sec
