Description & Introduction:

Greetings, I am a new tuner and would like to announce my arrival to the community with the Plymouth Superbird R. This is my first serious tune, ergo I thought it would be ironic to use one of the most ridiculous American muscle cars from the heyday of flashy bodykits and ridiculously huge V8s. With it's gargantuan (but redundant!) rear wing, it's hulking statute (18ft!) the last thing this behemoth needs is an oversized and overpowerd V8. But it does.
First impressions were not good. Initial turn in was vague and slow witted, matters were made worse when some throttle was utilized to navigate the leviathan and encourage it to point its nose in the right direction. The only thing to do when a Superbird decided to take off, was to hold on and soil yourself whilst praying that some divine power would magically stop the beast.
What did I do first? The wrong thing for me to do would be to increase the power output and add a supercharger. I did it anyways. Next I removed exces weight until we were left with a paltry 1333kg, now this Bird was capable of some serious acceleration! In all seriousness, I paid very close attention to the honing of the differential and the suspension in order to restrain this car, ensuring that it was able to ACTUALLY corner. Then i finessed the now graceful Superbird, enabling the driver to be in control when this Leviathan's tail starts sliding!
I chose to test it on the Eiger Nordwand track due to its tight and winding nature. How out of place, an American muscle car on a fine European mountain track! Eventually I managed to address the Plymouth's understeer problem and dull witted steering feel. Now it behaves itself when you use the throttle to steer it and turns in nicely. The car also possesses a more sensitive steering rack, enabling you to place it where you want it. Don't think that this Muscle car has been transformed into a serious racing car, its fun to drive and feels equally at home on the dragstrip. Power is nothing without control, and this Rocket has both of those things!

But be warned, if you get impatient with the car and go apesh:scared:t when approaching corners, not only will it: shred its tyres rather quickly, choke you on clouds of tyre smoke, but it will also ensure you suffer a painful death.
