I laughed when I was confronted with that HUGE picture lol, count me in!

GTP name/PSN name/Car

Car's pretty clear as is. Suggestion: "Car Colour" instead.

Again, orange w/ black please. :)

I'm wondering, if, for season 2 of all of these series, we could run a ladder system, meaning that all of the newest drivers to join for season 2 start in this series, and work their way up to the ITCC, MCM, Bankfin, Rolex, or a Star Mazda/Formula Atlantic type series.

 ... edited ...

That is a freakn brilliant idea ... but to convince the new guys to start at the bottom and work their way up could pose a problem ...

But I still love the idea ...

Derp people should learn. We could leave a disclaimer saying that "the upper series are for the cleanest and most prepared drivers ONLY, and no one will be allowed to join the upper series without proving themselves here first."

Then again, I could see it being an interesting way to involve more of the community, and create new opportunities for all to race. Like, imagine the ITCC, if we didn't have people joining whom we couldn't entirely trust (the former JZR team, etc.) That'd be a great series, and still is, but it got a "reputation" I suppose.

I believe we should start a Motoring Authority linking all the above mentioned series ... to regulate, post links, find out what the community of GTP is interested in, etc ... I've had this idea for a while ...

I think ITCC is getting a rep for whining more than dirty racing ... everyone bitches and moans about petty things, yet nothing gets done about it ... that and discipline which we have to work on ...

Alright. But, what shall the name be? And, who wants to be the thread organizer?

Well Dave and I came up with S.A.S.A.M.A - South Australian and South African Motorsport Association ... we were just toying with the idea ...

I'll do it, but I'll need help ...

It's so country specific... We would need a very vague name that encompasses all of racing. :D Assorted Motorsports Association? A.M.A., just to make fun of the bike racing series, since the only thing we DON'T race are the bikes?

 ... what about W.M.A - World Motorsport Association? ... We are catering for everyone in the world here ...

There we go ... 👍

We are bigger than the FIA now ...:lol::lol::lol:

International Federation of the Automobile. Puhleez, that's garbage there.

The W.M.A. is much better. :D

In seriousness, though, that would be an interesting idea.

I reckon it would ... give everyone easy access to all our series' ...

And help organize things, by allowing people to register for the main W.M.A. grouping of events, and then simply select which series they want to run in.

Seems legit. Plus, I imagine that there are people out there who want centralized governments and such, who would also want a very organized series, too.

Now you're thinking my way Mel ... one centralized point for everybody to access their favorite series or to try a new one ... I love it when a plan comes together ...
Work on a logo, and I will too, then we can combine the best ideas ...

as an idea this is brilliant, almost like iracing.com, just cheaper lol, but I believe that there are some very distinguished drivers on GTP, so in saying, with credentials they could start higher,

But id like a relegation system, like soccer/ Football, you can be top 3 and go up, get bottom 3 and go down, or suffer a reprimand and be relegated for 1 round to prove your skills,

But all new comers to our series should prove themselves here, ( once all series are at 80% capacity)

How about the outlines of various cars?

Like, we have a banner (normal banner) with the nose cone of an F1 car, then the windshield of the XJ13, and then the doors from the BMW 320i TC, and then the FIAT at the end?

With a green flag waving background, and the outlines in white?

Proven point there mate ... guys who are well known are granted automatic access to any series they like ... the new guys have to start at the bottom and work themselves up by proving themselves ... but with all of us being at risk of dropping, I like ... it gives us continues motivation to strive for our best ...

We'll need to work on a concept. Concept art's generally done by hand? I can't draw well. :(

Well I'm quite talented with drawing by hand, so I'll work on something and see what i come up with ... try digital, it might work out better than by hand ...

This. 👍 Anyways, I need the small amount of sleep I can get before the Bankfin test, right? Good afternoon/goodnight gents.

Welcome Dunder ... times should be 15:00 EST

Any particular colour you would like to register in? ...

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I'll probably do electric orange with black wheels. There is no way for me to participate in Bankfin, too, is there?
