Nice racing everyone.
It looks like we've managed to exceed the initial expectations of just how fast this could be, yet people still mention how time could come off.

missing link blazes in with the div 1 gold and overall win.
HighonPSI takes the div 2 win as the only div 2 runner under 1'18.0
Der Alta earns honors as the div 3 winner.

My replay will go up some time soon. :indiff:
Not sure when but it's there and sure enough, I will post it with in a day or two. :D

Now, on towards week 70!

Greetings and congratulations to everyone!

I'm happy with a second place...
As happy as one could be with losing.

I figured a 16.3 would be floating around here. TML got very close - good going. 👍

I hope I have some time for Wk.70.

See ya next time.

Thats well poor from me !

I kow I could have done better but couldnt find the time at all - I must have ran only 20 laps or so and most of them were just getting used to the course as Ive not run at Rome for ages !

I'm not sure I could have beaten HighonPSI's time though in Div 2 so well done for topping our division 👍

Thanks to Kent also for puttiny my time through I must have been only about 10 mins late or so !! I slept in this morning !

Some amazing times there,

Would luv a replay of those 1'16 times, to see where i could have made up some time. Well done HighonPsi, and Missing link for killing it 👍

Ive attached my replay for anyone who wants to see....

Excellent runs guys, congrats all around. I'll upload my replay this evening, upon returning from work.

As is par for the course, I'm 1/2 second off lotus, and 1.2 off the top. For two friggin years now. THis is almost as bad as my Seatttle curse. At least it's a good gorup that I'm chasing. Thanks everyone.

See you on the next one.

Congrats all.

I'm a little dissapointed I couldn't break into the 1'18s but I'm about where I expected I would be in the running order.

I'm updating my website this week to be a little *better* than just the 2 dangling pages in my sig... until then I've attached my xport should any of you wish to check me out.

WOW!!!
My prediction "Almost" came true with 25 of 27 Drivers besting the current "Calsonic" top time at GTDB and three of you beating the "Zexel" time as well!!!
Congrats to a Group I'm proud to be associated with, especially the Podium Finishers!!!...UB57 :D

After Downloading Mr P's Replay i was able to see where i was pretty weak on the track... All was good until the long straight at the end and the last 2 right handers, had the wrong gear selected...

Ive dloaded a few of your replays P... bloody nice drivin, learning pretty quick on better driving lines...

👍

Congrats to everybody.

I'm quite happy with my time this week. :D I even thought, I had a chance of putting some pressure on Der Alta this week. Well, back to work.

And thanks Kent, for this great combo. I really hated it at first, but ended up enjoying it the last couple of days. 👍

Replay will follow later.

Great driving guys 👍 I don't think there was any chance of me running a time like Link managed, well done mate! :) I can't remember how many times I managed to get .300 ahead of my best time last night only to blow it on the last turn, I so wanted a 1,16 and to end up .038 off the mark was very frustrating.

Anyway, congrats to the podium places in all divisions, excellent work from all 👍

BTW:
Here's my PAL replay

Great work everyone.
Lots of replays posted. 👍

Also, glad to see some of you managed to load the faster replays so you could learn.
That's what the weekly is all about really... Competition with a touch of learning. ;)

I will have a replay up shortly... just got back from dealing with a dead 84 benz .aka. dad's car. :irked:

So yeah, replay shortly. :D

Good times by many, I am surprised that the margin was that big to ODP... even though you talk of a 1'16.3xx ODP, I was seeing the possibility of getting down to 1'16.000, and on a really lucky run, breaking under ;)

C'est la vie.

Another replay to add to the collection:

aha... it's telling me that .sps and .xps are not valid file extensions... strange....

Yeah fantastic times guys! 👍

I spent ages last night trying to beat my unclean 1'17.7 just couldn't do it ...best T2 I saw was a 53.9 :grumpy: never to be seen again that's for sure.

Anyway, here's my rather crappy replay...

oh and Link, zip it ;)

I was thinking about zipping it... but wondering why Jordan wouldn't have included .xps and .sps to begin with.

Fine... zipped it is... The old way was WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. How much space does this save?

Well, I have my replay. :D
1'17.222

Good for a perfectly mid pack finish. 6th place in a pack of 11. :D
Not bad, especially for the "non-arcade" guy that I am. :sly:

However, there is one issue still on the boards with me with regards to this race...

Angelx

I would like you to post your replay.

Thanks for your co-operation.

am trying, my friend is here right now and we are trying to see why his ps2 is not reading my sharkport disc but it does read all other games. he just bought it a couple weeks ago, any tips would help, thanks.

The new generation of PS2s do not recognise X-Port/Sharkport software.

thanks famine, am glad i got more friends who have a ps2. My other friend just showed up so my replay is coming up shortly.

General rule of thumb - if the PS2 doesn't have an iLink port next to the two USB ports, don't bother trying to run the Xport/Sharkport software on it... :D

Sorry that's wrong Famine :dopey: I have 6 PS2's and one of them is a Silver model only a couple of months old, It has no I-link port on it :grumpy: but it loads the X-port no problem 👍

Just pointing that oot :sly:

I said "general"... :D

6 PS2s? One for each of you? Lordy!

ok, i have finally gotten these transfered. One small set back though, i have 2 replays and don't know which one is for the time i submitted. One of them is my 1'117.044 and i think the other is my 1'16.876 lap.

Well, the file size went down from about 40 to 9KB.

I noticed Angelx had 5 downloads of his replay 👍 It would be cool if one of the downloadees would post comments about his run and put this guy out of his misery :) It's his 1st verification and it should be in the open so as he can get his verified badge like many of us :D ..... so c'mon a viewer of the aforementioned replay .... kindly type a few words :P

@Angelx .... Well done on a Great result for your 1st weekly race appearance 👍

I just watched his run and it is pretty fast but he had a wall brush in sector 13 and you can see it clearly in the overhead Analyzer view. I would not have submitted this run. It is the 1'17.044 that he submitted.
Angelx has a lot of skill and should continue with the WRS. Just be sure that you're submitting 100% clean runs. I enjoyed watching both replays. 👍

Wha?

Are you kidding?

Looks like I'm going to check this myself, then pending the results it will lead to a private message.
