The war in Iraq has been over for two years now. Saddam's forces fell within weeks. Now there is an insurgency by forgien terrorists in Iraq, led by some Jordanian guy named al-Zarqawi. Al-Qaeda failed to stop the Iraqi elections in January and are limited to killing innocent civilians with car bombs. Since Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is on the run, the terrorists are unorganaized and waning. The Iraqis are going to defeat this insurgency, not the US. There are over 155,000 Iraqi Security Force troops trained and equipped. There are only 140,000 US troops in Iraq.
