Camaro LM @ 605hp & 1044kg (1.725pwr)

Race Regulations
Any Tires
Any Driving Options
Any Top Speed settings
(pretty much "driver's prefference" for everything)

Save your best lap ghost replay
All "standard" Online racing rules apply

Due Date
Before Tuesday, August 23rd, 8:00am CST
No times will be accepted after Tuesday 8:00am CST = Tuesday 1:00pm GMT

I checked to make sure they worked but I can't say that about the PAL version of the game.

Let me know if there are any problems with the race setup.

not sure what this combo is like cos havent used any of the cars, but i think super moderator KENT gets too much stick, so i'm not gonna complain!!!!!

I knew one day my least favorite track would rear its' ugly head, with American cars no less.I will make a valiant effort to like the track by beating it. Turn #2 always baffled me.

Good one Kent. I was about to go ape when I saw that we might be driving another Mazda. :indiff: I see some corkscrew follies coming up alllllllll week.
 
had a go in the viper and it feels great, pulled a good lap and i know theres much more room to push, im hoping for a high finish this week.
 
Hahahah, Kent, awesome title man, it caught me too... Can't wait to hop in a car, I'll have to take a spin in the Viper and the ... nah, I'll just use the Viper, I like Viper's the most out of those cars I guess... w00!
 
Initial splits in the VIPER!:
T1: 18.568
T2: 36.039
T3: 55.057
More to come everywhere, when I have time of course...

Edit: I forgot about gearing... Haven't touched that yet... And that was on Super Soft tires, power increased 2%(i think that's what it was at 599hp) and weight reduced 10% to 1035kg.

And Kent, thanks again for spending the time to put a competition together between multiple cars, much appreciated! 👍

Don't know how well I'll do though, I haven't run the Laguna in this game as well as I did in GT3, hopefully this week will give me the push to learn it well! Guess I made my own bed on this one :lol: ...

Hey! Don't try and hog all the credit, there were quite a few of us pushing for a battle between cars of this nature... And yeah, I like Laguna better when it was less accurate on the older versions... Lol. It's all good.
 
Yep, I agree with all people here: This combo is great!!! I will not finish last in division 1 this week!!!!

If I remember correctly...on my specialty tracks that we've run in the past, I either beat you (@ Monaco) or got very very close to you (@ Suzuka). Expect the same this time. I own this track just like I own Monaco and Suzuka :lol: And you know it's true!

True. All three of us championed this idea in the Suggestions Box a few weeks ago.

I'm just so excited that our wish was granted. It seems that work is dragging on a lot longer than normal today - I need to get home and start my quest for Laguna Seca domination!!!!

I'm just trying to get a rise out of Puck...he loves it when I talk smack to him.

And the fact that you ARE STILL my nemesis (D1'er or not) means I will certainly have a hard time beating you. But I've done it before (so what if only once in that crazy NSX!) :)👍
 
this week reminds how much I just really don't like American cars :( but that is my problem no one elses, nice change of pace, let's see if I can compete in D2! if I am verified from last week of course.

I am thinking the Viper but maybe the Ford since it is the newest?

Are you just saying you don't like them in general? Or do you not like the way that these cars drive?

Anywho, the cars are setup so there isn't a noticeable difference in performance around the track I think, so it's up to personal choice of which car you like and which car you drive the best. I don't think I'm even going to try out any of the other cars, just try and concentrate on doing my best in the car that I like the most. :)

Jump_Ace, I fully expect you to be racing around in the GT...

Kyle u know it man I'll be tryin to haul @$$ in my GT 4 SURE! I wonder which car is faster? Sounds like a little challenge might be brewing this week eh boyz? Totally Wicked! I guess its a good thing Pat isn't racing much as he'd thoroughly kick me right in the bean bags on this one...oh wait he did that already in Seattle...lol.
