I'm having trouble with it and need your help. Over half the .mov and and about half the .wmv wont convert to .mp4 files or .mpg2 files, for that matter. It seems they wont convert or say "Conversion Complete" when actually nothing took place. The file is saved with the .mp4 format but the file size is 0mb. What gives?

If you don't know what PS3 Video 9 is, or don't have a file converted to convert divx, mov, wmv, etc movie files to a format the PS3 recognizes, click here and download it. It's free. http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/ps3video9/

I have the same issue also, and with PSP Video 9.

The odd thing is, when I try converting the same video on another computer with PS3 Video 9, it works. It doesn't say "Conversion Complete" within a second.

Well, my 'convert DVDs to .mpeg4' woes continue. I'm using cladDVD .NET 3.5.6 to convert DVD to .vob files, then PS3 Video9 to convert them to .mpeg4 and having a ruff time with it. I'm not looking to steal anything from anybody. I just want to download a couple of DVDs and movie DVDs to my PS3. If I wanted to steal and share these videos, I could already do it via my PC. The problems I'm having are different. Please read the following. Thank you.

First off, I cannot seem to convert the entire DVD in cladDVD for some of the DVDs I own. For some reason, it wont let me choose the entire DVD files. It will for some movies and DVDs, but not for others. I choose PGC mode (AVI) of course, but it wont let me select the entire DVD, at times. I have to select individual 'program chapters.' How do I rip the entire DVD with this method?

Next, I use PS3 Video9 which is not very good. I'm not going to talk about the faults here, because there are too many. But, when it works, it works very well. The quality of the converted .vob file to .mpeg4 is excellent. But, when downloaded to the PS3 and played it's a different story. I am displaying them in 1080p, and they are converted to 480p. Anybody have experience with this?

Here are some samples (found below). First, is a 5 minute sample of Beavis and Butthead DVD. It looks great as a .vob file, it looks great on PC when converted to a .mpeg4 file. But, when downloaded and played on PS3, this .mpeg4 sample looks horrible. Maybe switching to 480p output on the PS3 will help, but this seems to be an annoying option. I would like to hear from people with a PS3 and a HDMI connection to a 1080p set and those with component or standard connection to a non-HD set.
