So many great comments! That's why I love this site and community! You guys are the best! Sej, yes that was a gradient used on the sky, kind of a reversed method on it.

My quick update here is not my best unfortunately, as I had to rush to take these shots last night while my wife finished up some homework for her masters class. Nonetheless, its an update :)

Main focus on these was to go for the retro feel with trying to make them as realistic as possible.

More brilliant shots! Your posing of the car is great and the shooting angles just as good!

Thank you guys very much. Here is something random and fun I did with one of the Mustang shots. Not sure where I was going with it lol.

 Sometimes I have to quickly try to grab a few shots while my wifes in the bath (No - not of her, GT5 shots I'm talking about... although 💡) Not your best...maybe, by my word it's still brilliant. 👍 :)

Awesome, RG - what I like so much about a lot of your shots is that the surroundings are kept just vague enough that it could be any (real) location, instead of the limited ones we have available to us in game. Familiarity may make the Ferrari shots' location a bit easy for us Photomode fanatics, but the Mach 1? Much harder.

While these aren't Surreal in the 2.0 competition vein, they do have that not-sure-if-dreaming feel to them, like an old memory. Very cool look to them, and I very much like the little Mustang experiment too - looks period-perfect 👍

Very nice surreal shots, very dream-like. I also love the colour toning in the 512BB shots. 👍

Many thanks to each and every one of the comments! Here is another old shot re-imagined, although I don't think I ever posted this shot, but one from the set was used on the front page, so that was quite awesome. Anyways, here it is, crappy decals aside, it came out alright for what it is I suppose. Went for a "dream" look so to speak. Also been playing with a new signature, like always, never happy. Thanks again for all the comments!

Edit: Just looked at the original date and it turns out it was exactly one year ago today that I took this photo, weird!

Love your editing style as always Retro. The 3rd Ferarri shot is beautiful and that Mustang poster? is very nice, perhaps abit too much white at the bottom near the wheel but stil very good 👍

Fantastic. Looks exactly how you described, like a wonder land. Your gallery font goes well with your signature as well.

Nice to see you back editing and sharing again. I adore your editing style, that's probably (along with a few other members) I use some of your images as backgrounds to my mac, iPhone and iPad. Keep up the astonishing work as I can always use a new background every now and again.

That's a good idea that you decided to edit that photo you took one year from now. Always loved your edits Retro-

Nice angle! But what's that glow doing around the rear spoiler? I thought your sig was perfect on the F458 dream shot! Although I'm never happy about my sig either. It's a thing I guess.

Thanks for the compliments and criticisms, all appreciated. Sej, the glow happened when I was blurring/cleaning up the gradient banding in the sky. It was just being a real pain so I left it as is. Sometimes those skies require more effort than its worth. Thanks once again everyone.

Well yesterday I got in quite a bit of photo time in, so expect several updates this week. Here is my entry for the 2.0 comp and a few of the extras I didn't end up using. I have several more I may go through and edit so I wouldn't be surprised if I changed my entry.

I love them all but the 3rd one is fantastic. So simple yet so so clean. 👍
