GT6 is becoming more and more of a chore to play for me. You never know what's going to crop up connection wise and I stopped playing single player a month ago. No joy in it at all, other than buying a car to compete in another race with dumb 🤬 bots, that will not be fun or challenging.

Anywho, it was fun racing with everyone last night 👍 Wish we didn't have so many connection issues, but it is what it is. I'll announce the weiners, er. winners a little later today.

A chore indeed. PD is going to see a mass exodus of racers if they don't get up off their collective asses and fix this game. I've gone from racing almost every night in GT5 to maybe two nights a week, and that's not even guaranteed.

Agreed... This series is about the only thing that I participate in with any regularity now, nothing else about the game really gets me excited anymore. Seems like the PC based sims become more appealing every day.

Agreed. I've only done single player through IB and I'm bored with the "non-sim" type of racing you have to do.

I enjoy this club. Pretty good depth of field it seems and ya'll race well. It's laid back, yet still run professionally. Kudos.

Lap 11 he steals fast lap by a few thousandths, followed that up with one better by two tenths, then smashed my best by over a half second. 1:04.9xxx indeed. Did I scrape some teeth on the tarmac and you smelled a little dragonblood?

@TEX36 and I were having some fun for a couple of laps, I'd close up on him in sector one and two and then he'd pull away in the second half of the lap. Then I managed to sneak past him and lost him What's weird is I felt like I was getting slower as the race went on. Had a few, erm, moments and made me attack much less.

Hey @doodlemonoply, just relax out there Without trying to sound all pompous and condescending, you've got mad skills and with a little relaxation and some planning you can make your move just about anywhere you want. Call it cat and mouse if you will. To me that's the most fun, being behind someone and finding out where you're faster, planning a pass and making it stick. Then figuring out where they're faster and working out a defense strategy.

Running alone out front is really just doing laps, that can be done anytime 👍 My 2 cents.

Sorry for the quick exit at the last race but my disc drive on the ps3 decided to puke. So I tried to get out of the room asap without holding you guys up or interfearing with any of the drivers efforts. Needless to say i'm back to 100%, and look forward to next weeks races!
