Just a head's up guys, please make sure you keep an eye on the thread tonight as I'm seeing a lot of people are posting about the severs being horrible today. I've already seen a few racing series that have had to postpone events today because of multiple massive(as in most or all of a room) disconnects. I highly doubt PD will do a whole lot with it being the weekend. As of now the race is still on.

I just signed on and there are quite a few servers online. Though I'm very concerned about the long term stability of a room. I'm still not sure if we should go ahead and race or postpone till next week.

Just start without me.. Gunna have to shut down cause when I entered the lobby, Found the room and now Im FROZE!!!

Thats what happened to me!! I couldn't see any rooms then it went all bad!! Nuclear Meltdown!!

@cmbeal317 - Sucks that you cant seem to stay in the lobbies. Do you want me to host next week and see if that helps? Just let me know.

As for tonight, great race. I have the replay and can right down the results tomorrow and post them.

Good race tonight everyone. Good turnout and some close racing.

First stint I went hard/hard and still came in first despite the fact that my first pit stop didn't actually pit me and it effectively turned into a drive through penalty.

Second and third stint I went hard/soft but I pitted too early and my tires were dead at the end of the race which made me spin about three times on the last lap.

Thanks to everyone for coming out. Sorry Beal you just can't catch a break with the disconnects. Maybe next week someone else can host and see if that works better.

@brandofo - I had a feeling your tires were starting to give up on you and I noticed you were entering turn 3 and 4 deep so my plan was to hug the white line down the back straight and force you to pass me on the high side. I too was on softs at the end and was able to hold the line although not sure how much further I could have made it if the race went longer. I was pretty hard on that final set of tires. Great stuff though.

My DS3 didn't wanted to charge until 5pm and then my little sister wanted to play Crash so I let her and after that I lost notion of time
