So is it just me or are there some nascars that have disappeared? Cause I can only find the 2013 cars now.

And I just tried running Daytona with a stock 2013 Earnhardt #88 and if we do Daytona 500 we will need to do some tranny adjusting or power limiting. Any ideas?
Also if this is something everyone wants to do should we try to mix up the cars a bit? Will the older models perform with the new ones?

If anyone is interested I've opened a club lobby testing this. I don't have super strong internet so voice is disabled.


EDIT: I've gotten the 2011 and 2013 to run very similar lap times. I just need to test drafting.

EDIT II: I've got to run an errand. ill be back in about an hour. I need at least one person so sacrifice some time to equalize the bop with draft if anyone is on when I get back.

@Zii1993 - I don't think I'll be able to get on for a while, but I may be able to get a room up later this evening. ~6:00ET.

I'll open the room as usual at 9:30ET, and we'll start at 10:00ET.

Edit: I don't watch NASCAR, does anyone know how long it takes to do the full 500 miles?

I don't watch nascar much either. Lol but by myself on the track I was running 47 sec laps with the setup i have so far.

EDIT: If we don't have more than 10 people that are interested we won't need to equalize the cars.
That said can we get an estimated head count for tonight?

Just the power and unless everyone drop the power way down we have to turn the transmission up to accommodate for drafting.

The best way to make it work is to prepare cars normally and enable weak boost and weak draft. Most NASCAR LEAGUES use boost with some combo of draft. Vertigo, who helped set up SNAIL PACK used to run a NASCAR series...he is the one who told me.

Did some math and 200 laps would put us over 2 1/2 hours. Lets drop the race down to 150 laps, which will bring us right to around 2 hours.

You guys figure the cars out, though if possible can we just limit the tuning to the power limiter. This way it's easy for everyone to jump right in, without having to worry about setting the car up.

Racing hard is plenty of tire. I'm not sure about the fast wear as I've never done any testing. It sounds like it might be the way to go.
