You guys have no idea what I had to do that made me leave. And no it wasnt cause I got loose and gave up on saving it. I coulda saved it if it made a difference.
This SNAIL **** is extremely childish. Its like racing with randoms in a public room. You got people who go fast but suck at racecraft and then theres just people who suck. Like THRASH. ChuthuluGoat is prob the only man in this group.

I think it's the fact that you are rude to everyone that people find as a reason to pick on you specifically. Your comment above about people who suck at racecraft is just one small example of this. Frankly Tensor you suck at racecraft. You weave when someone tries to draft you. You can't pass clean. The race you got penalized for 2 weeks ago you lost because you suck at racecraft. You tried to block all the way to turn in and then apexed early and went wide and gifted me the position. What type of racecraft is that? Thanks for the gifted position. 👍 Then you got pissed and protested me for doing nothing and admitted that you meant to hit me. On top of that when I sent you a pm, explaining my side of what you protested and saying I could be wrong, but that was what I saw you called me a piece of ****. I was never rude to you but you were a prick. The stewards then penalized you a bunch for that but it must be others who have the bad racecraft. Then last week you make a big fuss in D1 and crash Jazz out of the race. Seriously dude either quit all this crap or go play with the lounge people.

If a driver wants to retire from a race, the driver concerned must not exit the race. The driver must find a position on the track where the driver will not endanger other drivers, park their car by coming to a complete stop and turning on the emergency brake and wait for the race to end. It's actually a great series. If you saw all the stuff tensor has pulled you'd understand the last few pages. Everyone else is quality and a blast to race against. You won't regret racing here if you decide to.

It would be wise to know the exact reason(s) for people dropping out rather than assuming the 7 who didn't finish ended up quitting.
Personally I got disconnected. Only the 3rd time that's happened to me and I've been racing online since the game was released. I tried to come back in to watch the remainder of the race because it appeared to be shaping up quite nicely and was disconnected again. I was running 3rd and making time on 2nd place when I got disconnected.
Please understand that everyone who doesn't finish aren't all quitters. Quite an ignorant blanket statement if you ask me.

I agree THRASH, you're very respectful which is appreciated. When we battled at Nurb you raced clean. You get the point of all this which is to have fun. Besides it doesn't matter if you're fast or slow it's if you enjoy it. We all started somewhere. Some get to be really fast and some just enjoy the races no matter what speed they're at. I just don't understand people taking this so seriously it's just a video game. It's not like there's even a prize to win when you win. Of course everyone who races virtual or otherwise loves to win but what I don't get is people getting so upset.
I was thinking though it might be fun to put together a Pro Gt5 league that you pay an entry fee and win prize money. Has anyone ever done that? Would anyone be interested?

we could see tht you didn't quit because you lagged out. Your goodbye auto text didn't come up in the room which meant you lagged out. That's my fault on that qwietstorm I will exclude you on that.

Number one , tensor , you are no longer welcome to race here! Your bad and nasty attitude is not only rude but a disruption! So goodbye!
Number two , there is a difference between getting disconnected and just quitting for whatever reason. Everyone knows that these races are endurance races , so everyone should be up for sitting down and racing for at least an hour and a half. The laps are on page 1. I think it's important to SPEC that if you enter the room you should be ready to race the full race.
This is a great racing series with a lot of good racers. Handlebar , we would love to have you join us. I guarantee you will have a good time!
Sometimes you need to weed the garden before they do damage.

Moving forward I'd really like people to understand that these races last about an hour and a half(occasionally a little more). I have no problem if you have to leave because your disconnected or something would come up that you had to leave for, but I don't want people to drop out cause they aren't having fun or are tired. I understand that, but if your tired get some rest rather than doing part of the race. Hopefully I won't offend anyone, but I would like to make that clear.
Additionally I will be making a change the way the points are awarded. You will be awarded points in order of leaving starting with the points for the position after. For example if 10 people finish the race, and you were the first one disconnected, you would then receive the points for 11th place and so on. I'm also going to do away with halving the points for those who leave in the middle of the race, as it becomes more complicated with the points structure the way it is now.
I also forgot to mention that the points have been updated from last weeks results and I will be updating the first post shortly with last nights results.
