Also I'd like to apologize for not posting for quite a while. I've been really busy the past 2 weeks and I really haven't been on GTPlanet too much. I was hoping I'd be home in time for last weeks race, but my brothers football game went on too long and it was after 10:30 till we got home. I'll be on tonight and everything should go a lot smoother now considering that his football season is over(tonight would have been their Super Bowl game, but they lost last week. ). Hopefully we'll have a good turnout tonight as I don't want this to just fade away. See you all tonight!

Sorry to drop the lapped traffic thing and bail, had to go. In a lot of the series I've run in people don't understand what should happen when getting lapped. Basically just hold your line, slow down and let them by.

What I don't get is people I'm lapping all of a sudden have the pace to keep up? Really not sure what what's going on there, has happened a number of times, in a number of different events

Anyway, see everyone tomorrow

Your good cheeb! No need to apologize! I did bring up the lap traffic thing to the rest who stayed on and to beal.

Look , guys , if you are a lap or more down and you see cars that are on the lead lap coming up behind you , let them go by if they are faster. You know how many laps your down when you pass the start/finish line. The OLR says not to pass through a ghost car and being on the lead lap show courtesy to those ghost cars and not pass through them. On the other hand , those cars a lap or more down , show courtesy to those on the lead lap , especially in the last few laps of the race.

I know you don't want to get lapped and it sucks , I know that personally from passed races when I was lapped , but lets show some race courtesy.👍
Some invoke what is done in F1 , Nascar , Rolex ,ect. I've never seen in those race series lap traffic blocking lead lap traffic. They maintain their speed but they also let lead lap traffic by when they are faster.

I've got a little bit of a surprise that will give us quite a few new options for racing, though I'm not going to put anything into action till we have some discussion on this. Now for the big announcement you've all be waiting for. I've been thinking how at some point we're going to run out of new tracks to run. It is because of this that I would like to introduce custom created tracks. I haven't worked out all the details as I'd like to see what the general opinion is on adding them to the possible choices for tracks.

I don't like the possibility of having to learn a new track so we can race on it one time. I don't have a problem with running the same tracks again.

I like custom tracks but would rather see multiple class racing.

I have mixed opinions on custom tracks. I think dabneyd is correct in saying that we would have to learn a new track but ill add that with all that's going on during the week in snail it would be tough to commit time to learn the custom track.

SSR X I say no way! If you want to do Daytona and Indy road courses I'm all for it. The ovals , unless someone chooses a NASCAR , I also say no way!
