I make one BOO BOO and what happens....some papparatzi nails me (so to speak)

eventually, once i gt a good understanding of how things work i will create a club. i haven't been able to fiddle around with it until today.

If we do go with the community feature, it would make it so much easier for people to find an overflow room if we ever need to create one. Not only that, but the community feature takes out the need to send friend requests to the host(s)... Kaz, you've done something right for once! lol

We used that feature last night in SNAIL enduro...made it very very easy to open a second lobby....but the side icons are mislabeled.....the top one says Club Lobby when it should say Club Lobbys....plural. The number over the lobby is the number of drivers IN ALL CLUB LOBBYS. When you click on it...it will then show you how many lobbys are actually available and how to find the proper lobby for your race.

:gtpflag:ALERT ALERT ALERT :gtpflag:

Management is overtaken by Holiday miasma..:yuck:...racing is cancelled for tonight but will resume next Monday night...and one of the tracks will be Sierra....that was so much fun we will do it again.....the other track will be announced two hours before we start next Monday.

I already feeling tired just preparing for Thanksgiving holiday. Have a happy , full Thanksgiving everyone.

clean the house, clean the house,...but why...no one is coming over until Thursday....clean the house....yes Dear.

If you have not joined the club you need to do so if you plan to race this Monday. Room number is 1013119. Go to club and try to join. If you have been invited it will let you. If not pm me and and Ill add you as my friend which will allow me to invite you.

A few of you got invites with the wrong room number....use the one above.

The overall intent of this series is to provide good clean wheel to wheel racing for all divisions at the same time. While it is unlikely that a Division 8 driver could win over a Division 1 driver, even with the boost system enabled, it has been demonstrated that divisional overlap provided by boost system will provide everybody with somebody to race with!

Co-Directors Note: Those of you who are Fast drivers need to leave your " fangs" at home. You are going to be mixing it up with drivers who may be having their first race with actual wheel to wheel exposure. Be careful... they will brake earlier, utilize different lines, and in general present you with different overtaking problems. Patience and caution are the word. Bide your time and do things according to the Golden Rule.

Room(s) open at 9:30pm EST/ 6:30pm PST, Qualifiers begins @ 9:45pm/6:45pm sharp!. There is a lot of racing an want to get it done in a reasonable amount of time.

General Rules

We expect all drivers to follow the S.N.A.I.L. OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR) and pursue good racecraft at all times.

  • if you're not sure what good racecraft is, watch this video.
  • It can be summed up in one simple 'Golden Rule' of motorsports: It is the responsibility of the overtaking driver, meaning the car that is attempting to execute the pass, to make sure that the pass is made cleanly and incident free. If you don't agree with this rule or don't think it applies to you, please go elsewhere to race !
  • Drivers who fail to participate in at least three of the previous season's races will be moved to Part Time Driver Status.
  • Part time drivers will be allowed to re-apply to Active driver status at the start of the following season based on case by case request.
  • Should more than one lobby be required the rooms will be split to provide the best possible racing. Rooms are arranged by division. Each room will be preassigned prior to the racing night.

Thanks for remembering, but I didn't know boost was on until later. I don't do boost series.

Unless you have done it recently take off the prejudice glasses.....the algorythims were completely reworked and in a SLOW car it is almost undetectable. Fast guys still win, and with penalties off the crowd races well.it is a superbe place for slower guys to learn from fast guys without getting collected. It has improved my SA BY ABOUT 6 months worth of SNAIL WRS and FGTA combined....at your skill level you will be one of the pack leaders and others can learn from you. That is what it is about. We tried using ballast but the boost is much fairer and allows those who fall off to catch up...we keep score but don't pay much attebtion to it.

A public thank you for your part in my win at Daytona last night. Many months ago you tutored Alien and I at Daytona...way back in the combo with the Subaru....you told us to hug the line...I did and won by .008....
