If you raced in D3 this week you get to vote to freeze the car or the track. Voting must be done by posting here. You get one vote and you may not change your vote. Voting will close at 8:00 PM ET tonight at which time, @Grandpa Money will be clear to choose the other half of the combo. As always, if the event of a tie, the first vote cast will serve as the tie breaker.

@DesertPenguin DO NOT POST ANY RUNNING TOTALS OF VOTES.

@BradESPN @Rob Brown @Mully465 @DublDee @Raw10_2u @Die_Birdy_Die @KVXelarate @TBongX @TVV0_

Would it be possible to post some pic's? I'm about to build one and would like some ideas if you don't mind.

I've got some pictures somewhere. I'll have to dig them up. I'm pretty sure I have them posted somewhere in this thread. Is there anything in particular you would like to see. I can take some photos if you have a specific request.

I am more interested in different build techniques. I've seen a few but ultimately I want a lightweight frame (thinking aluminum pipe) that's also heavy duty as I have two young sons who like playing on daddy's wheel. Lol

Todd. Made this in my shop. 1” Schedule 40 fire sprinkler pipe. It’s not really that heavy in my opinion. I built the frame then went to pick and pull and pulled a seat out with the rails and then welded the mounts onto the frame for the seat to mount to.

Mine is nowhere near light weight. It's a 2x4 frame with 1/2" and 3/4" MDF for any flat surfaces. It was meant to be put into a corner and stay there.

I found the post from a couple of years ago with photos of my rig.

Here is phase one of my most recent rig construction project. This is the phase where all the necessities are connected and all fitment testing is done. What you see there is basically the frame work and necessary panels on which mount hardware. It works as it is. The next step is to add a console for tuning notes, cup holders, and controllers along with the keyboard. The headset will hang on what was the seat belt guide on the seat by the headrest. Next step is paint and other pretty stuff. Once it's finished, I may post some more pictures.

@Spazinator895 these are your choices for prize A. Please advise that you do plan on making a choice in time for practice. If we have not heard from you by 11:59 PM ET tonight, a vote process will have to be started. You don't have to make a choice by then, you just need to let us know that you're testing and plan on making a choice.

Well keeping with the overall theme since the cap is still in play I'll choose instead the fastest of the Gr. 3's. The Dodge Viper SRT GT3-R '15; Blue Moon Bay Speedway, 13:00.

I suggest :
ALPINE A110 PREMIERE EDITION 2017 on SM Tires @ Broad Bean Raceway - 16:15 Clear - (20 Laps)

T300 arrives by 8pm tomorrow. Have to see how quickly I can throw a rig together. Hopefully before I go back to work tomorrow night.

Picked up a mint condition black leather passenger seat from a 02 Mercedes Kompressor. All 4 mounting points are flat. Seat has 4 way manual adjustment.
And only $32 Can including tax at the local U Pull.

Have been reading for 2 hours now about SNAIL and what a professional online racing league it seems. At first it looked as if there were 49 different links, but all seem well ordered. A lot of respect to the creators !

Will see if I can join you all soon !

Being from the Netherlands, keep in mind that our Sunday league night starts at 9:30 EST. That's 3:30 am Monday morning your time. 👍

I choose to freeze the track.

In Europe our wives are sleeping in the morning....

To be honest, I was having this time-conversation with someone in US this very day. I dont seem to be really good with all the time switches and AM/PM things. We use 24-hours scale.

Ah well, it were 2 hours of fun for me !
