There are few cars like that: E.g. Gr.4 Cars, Red Bull Junior. Tires for Gr.X cars are based on a formula that take the HP and Weight into account.

I also assume the message is for the Snail Nation to make sure they put a set of Sports Soft rubbers on before they start lapping.

I checked every possible approach to Upload the Livery and make it visible. All appeared correctly "On my screen" - but apparently was not the case on the system.
I have deleted every single duplicated car in the Garage - and delete every Gift Car if I already have it. Guess that wasn't the problem.
Very disappointing, but a trivial matter.
