I have read the first post and would like to join. I heard about SNAIL right here on gtplanet. It looks like exactly the kind of racing I have been hoping to find.

@posi_wavE

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add zer05ive, JLBowler, nmcp1, Rednose58, MajorBlixem, SAMHAIN85 & llNovall as participants.

The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL :cheers:

The drivers list has been updated and is ready for this week's racing. Any new drivers that submitted a time trial have been added. The grid list will get its update tomorrow.

@JESter82178

On another note, in light of the handling changes that were implemented in the last update, we have changed our time trial that new drivers run. When this happens, all drivers are asked to go run the time trial again so that we have up to date data.

This is the link to the time trial submission form. If you are an active driver, please run the time trial and submit a time so that we can update.

The Snail Sunday Scoring sheets for April 26 have been prepared

Use this link to search for hashtags (anything with #SNAIL is displayed in that link. You can search anything in the search box at the top). The in-game search is pretty hit or miss.
I tried the link to find something Molson Canadian related. When I did I got stymied. If I click on the 'link' below the decal everything goes Japanese. Am I missing something? OK. Better yet...What am I missing?

I see what you're saying. In the past (from what I remember) it would link you normally to the English version of the GT Sport web portal. But for some reason its staying in Japanese. You should be able to still download them though.

First log into your account @ https://www.gran-turismo.com/us/gtsport/user/

Once you're logged in go back to the decal search and find whatever it is you're looking for. I found plenty of Molson Canadian decals:

(Remember it's only a single word search. You have to search just "Molson")

Click the link under the decal you want and it'll look like this:

Click the writing directly under the decal which will send you to a download confirm screen. The blue button should be the equivalent to "yes".

Once you do that it should be saved and available to use in-game under your decals

I'm sure theres an easier work around to this but that should work

Hey just read the first message and just raced w you guys tonight, sounds really fun and I'd like to be added to the list

Ok - what else have i been missing? Where did this website come from!? Ive been cursing the ingame search function ever since it came out - is this just a better portal? Holey crap does it work better than the ‘ingame’ search function! So i come back to my original question! What else have i been missin!? I suppose now theres a way to catalogue decals too!? Love using the livery editor (as i mentioned ‘again’) bit have always found the decal search painful - ive even messed around with (semi successfully) uploading my own decals. Anyway - if this is what i think it is - THANKS!

I search this sight all the time before creating a decal since 9 times out of 10, the decals have been already rendered and shared. Great resource.
