I see a lot of you guys here are from VA. About what parts? I was born and raised about an hour east of Fredericksburg. Great to see some fellow racers from my neck of the woods.

I'm in Richmond right now, and I grew up in Hampton Roads.

D3 wasn't that 'magic' at all. I was affected by several hits (late braking, dive bombs,etc.) however I'm not planning to file a Racing Complaint. I truly believe everybody from my division are really good drivers therefore I would assume there wasn't a bad intention just racing / pressure incidents. I hope I'm not wrong

How do you guys feel about chassis rebuilds?


I personally like to avoid it unless the car feels off. For myself I feel the car gets tight and snappy on a rebuilt chassis.

I've not noticed the car feeling off, maybe because I don't put that many miles on them or I don't have that kind of feel. Likely the latter.

I do two races with the car and then do a chassis and engine rebuild, provided of course the car makes it two weeks in a row

More of a superstition thing for me I suppose.

I'm glad you good time, Joey! Just hearing any new member say they enjoyed the racing in S.N.A.I.L. is all the thanks us organizers will ever need. That's what makes all the work worth it.

EDIT: Actually, this is one other way to thank us. Spread the word about S.N.A.I.L!! We start a fresh season next week so now is the perfect time to join.

I'm no doctor, but this sounds like a case of PTSS, aka Post Traumatic SNAIL Syndrome. This happens when someone races in SNAIL, only to haunted by the fact that he didn't join a lot sooner. You should call a doctor.

Hey ther Mr Jones, thx for the kind words. To be honest, I haven't been playing all that much recently. I am very beatable these days as I am terribly inconsistent without practice. Just looking to have some fun! See you on the track good sir.
