I have fallen asleep 3 weeks in a row but I will try my best to make this one.... Last one was due to a early shift and having to get up at 9:30am the next morning (4.5 hours after the races end), sorry for not telling you guys... :(

What happens if there's a tie in votes? :dopey:

I hope that doesn't happen, but we'll figure it out. We may have to open up the vote to those who aren't planning on racing. Which reminds me.. Are you going to be racing? I thought you said you wouldn't be, but I see that you voted (which is supposed to mean you plan on racing). :)

Yeah, that was my bad. I misread this part of your post: Even if you will not be able to race this Sunday (like me), please post that too!

I thought it meant to vote anyway even if we're not going to be there :dunce:

To all the g-25 and g27 users out there. Besides qwiet and myself, are you guys having calibration issues? If so, let me know, and I will do a quick right up on how to a, fix the issue, and b, how to replace the optic wheel with a brass one and where to get said brass wheel.

How do calibration issues present themselves? I'm so new with the G-27 that I'm not sure what to watch for.

So i'm guessing we're going to stay in the same divisions for this sunday, but will this count towards decembers points or is this month over?

It will not count to the months totals. But the races on Sunday the 30th will:) How was racing with the wheel?

frustrating, spun out three times in qualifying and it wasnt even the cobra, ending up leaving before the last race. but i still had another great race with zero as usual

It will get easier. And you will be fighting for the lead shortly I have no doubt.

Mostly it presents itself under a strong force feed back event, such as counter steering a drift, hitting a wall or another car, etc. It seems in all cases that I know of, after said event, the wheel will now be off center counter clock wise by roughly 10 degrees. This is the most common issue with this wheel (and apparently all logitech wheels) and two things cause it, either the mount for the optic eye becomes loose, or the optic wheel becomes cracked. Both fixes luckily are straight forward, which is good, because getting a g27 replaced under warranty isn't likely. Logitech finds it more practical (by that I mean profitable) to keep store shelves stocked, then holding on to a few wheels for warranty replacement.

Actually, we're going to be combining divisions because of the lower numbers due to Christmas. Right now, we're planning on having three rooms on Sunday. Room assignments will be posted later in the week.

Yeah, that was some good racing!

REMINDER! There's only an hour an a half left..

If you plan on racing this Sunday, you need to vote here first.

We'll be awarding five drivers their very own copy of GTPEDIA! The prizes will not be based on the race results so just come out and have some fun as we celebrate the first year of S.N.A.I.L.
