There's no league races this Sunday, but, I thought there were a few ideas floating around for races?

That is kind of what I was thinking... Who knows, I am sure somebody will consume a cocktail or two and it could be a good C&M night! :scared:

guys im trying to upload photos from a flickr, how to do that?

When you're in Flickr you need to get the web address of the image you want to show here.

Go to the image, right click on it and View one of the sizes.
In Internet Explorer right click and select properties.
The web address will be shown on that window, copy it.
On GTPlanet when making a post click on the Insert Image button and paste the web address into the dialog box that pops up.
Preview the post and you should see your image.

Make sense?

Hitting D1 for some practice shortly. The Alfa is still a challenge for me, in far too many areas to run any time consistently.

///

Alfa burned patience for now.

in firefox, you can right click the image and select "copy image location" and then past that into the the box that pops up. I imagine IE works the same as well. Hold on one sec. Verified. It does not. So his way for IE, or if you use firefox, the way I stated works.

Ok, I just messed around with IE a little more. If you right click on the picture and select "copy shortcut" from the drop down menu, then it will copy the link. Wahla, steps removed, productivity increased, lazy side appeased.

Just watched a FIA World Touring Car race at Suzuka East. GT-5 is amazingly accurate.

I just finished watching it too. The only difference is they have added tire barriers at some of the corner apexes in real life to keep people off the grass.

I saw those but thought I had just not seen them on the track in GT5.
Wonder if we will ever get the track they are running on now .... Branshatch, not sure if that is the name. Looks challenging.

No, you can make Zero's phone really happy by posting many at a time!

Yep, there's no way around that. You can only add one image at time. You can have many imagesin the post though. You can link a folder where they're at, but you won't see them in the thread then. And zer0's phone will be sad :(

Yep, one at a time armed. You can put as many as you in one post, but you can't copy and paste a bunch at once.

Me and drift assassin decided to have a little fun

none of the pictures showing up...

screw it heres a link

Do you see where in Flickr it has the menu share? Click on that, copy the whole URL that displays underneath... Then, here on the thread click on the earth with chains 'Insert Link'; paste the URL there... ha.. it doesn't work the same way as it does with Photobucket.

Here's what I did with IE9, right click on a photo from your link, select properties, copied the Web Address. Then put the following in the post:

HTML:

and this shows up :)

If you want a larger image here, follow the instructions from before, select the size of image you want, right click properties, copy Web Address

HTML:

and you get the larger size 👍

I'll practice with you at around 10PM EST. Which car are you asking about?

Going to D-1 in a few minutes to practice the Cappi and Alfa.
