Thanks to @pubason for hosting, @polygrizz for scorekeeping as data and @DCschwinn for replay upload 👍. Congratulation @o8_jedi for an amazing overall win , 5x gold, so looking forward to next Sunday races!

@fzappa I had pole on the 1st and 3rd combos.@II-NOVA-II won all three poles and I entered it.
The scores for Sunday Aug 16 have been transferred to Snail Data. The Data Specialists can go ahead with entering the numbers.
I'm D2 and I have always used the standard lock settings on the G27 except for when driving a Formula 1 car like the Lotus 97T.I'm testing the 670deg setting for the G27. I'd be very interested to hear what our D1 drivers use and what they prefer as far as settings.
I've always been of the opinion that more range is better, but I find I turn in too late for many corners.
I noticed a small change when adjusting the sensitivity from -2 to 0 on my G27, but maybe that was all in my head.Steering sensitivity affects controllers only. It sets how fast the wheels turn initially. Good way to see what it does is to look at the front wheels of an open wheel car while turning them.
Winning at a snail's paceSo during my battle with insomnia last night it came across my mind: what is the slogan for snail?
Also think about all the post I've read put me to sleep![]()
Isn't that @STEAMER62 's race director report slogan?Isn't it something like "Race fast, race clean. Race SNAIL."?
The TT leaderboards have been updated and can be found here
It's probably your phoneMaybe I am the only tech-nonsavy person trying to access the Time Trials - but they are not legible on my phone.
The date links are displayed - when I click on one of them, the TT text appears in black text OVER the listing of links.
It's probably my ignorance on display.
The seven at Brands Hatch has to be the most frustrating combo I've had to deal with in a very long time. I can't seem to stay on the line I want in the attempt to use all the track and not lose momentum. The results are catastrophic.
I've done more laps in this combo than any other in the past and still can't complete 7 laps without crashing. I know, you are saying slow down, but I can't go any slower.
Yeah I did great 6 out of 7 laps following that advice! (don't ask about the 7th it was a gift for penguin)As if my opinion is of anything to consider, being the King of the Div Elevator. But I find Combo 3 to be very rewarding WHEN the "It" is found.
I use1st gear only around T2 (the hairpin) - then primarily 2nd gear the rest of the circuit. 3rd gear is only used on the downhill after the overpass, and for a short time on the Start/Finish straight.
Patience is the Rule - don't push it beyond The Pace that you are comfortable with. Let Attrition take care of the competition in front of you.
Seems to work - as long as I obey my own advice. And not let Testosterone take control of the accelerator.
