This is my ride and the inspiration for the pick this week. Sure hope I win in my car. If I don't that'd be a bit embarrasing.:nervous:

Do you also have the pointless V6? Muscle cars should have a minimum of 8 cylinders no matter what :D
It says GT on the fender, and those are GT premium wheels. ;) Also, the SOHC 4.0L in the base model responds well to bolt ons, and it was the quickest car for under 20k in it's day.

Nice car, I almost bought one a few years back but gas was getting expensive at the time.

Sound like a V6? To be honest though, the new V6 would probably beat my old V8. Technology is improving so fast these days.

This is me and my buddy at Byron Dragway back when we were both on our Stock all season tires. We were probably the slowest people there but it was a good excuse to get out to the track and get sunburned.

Top of the morning to you gentlemen and ladies, looks like 2016 is bringing out the best in all of us. I say this after having one of the most exhilarating nights I have had with SNAIL. After a shaky start with PSN falling short of the mark and letting us down as some drivers could not log on and some understandably giving up all together leaving 7 drivers in the field for the night and what a night it turned out to be. So I decided to post a video but this time I did it a little different to see how quick I could put it together. It turned out to be quite a fun little project. Who knows I might start making them with this as a template. I did not spend any time on it at all, just tried it so excuse the dodgy worK. sO HERE GOES

Love the Queen shot. Long live the old woman and her excited face.

Hello, I'd like to join you guys for your sunday night racing.

@SMOKEN FOOLS

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL

Looks like B-spec Bob has some work to do for me tonight. That's a 1,000,000 credit car

If he DID have a V6, don't you think that would have been a little rude? What do you suppose the chances are that someone in this club owns a V6 Mustang...making friends, as usual.
(Now, if you made fun of the 4 cyl Mustangs...that would be different...)

Clean mustang, I guess thats the theme lately to pick your actual ride for the combos, @lllTrick picked his 350z as well.
Lucky for us they have decent cars...but if this continues...
Brace yourself, coming up next month : Honda Odyessey, Ford F150, Honda Civic 4 door & Dodge SRT4

Did you not run the seasonals? How can an active player like you not be at $$$ cap? @JamCar0ne and I were talking the other day about how we have to keep going on spending sprees to keep from hitting the $ cap.

Lol, BSB ran some races for me as well today, I was down to 565,000. Bought the Zonda and now down to 145,000. He's gonna be busy again!
I'll give you a pass for using BSB...you have a life, a wife, you have/had a cool motorcycle and you build airplanes. I can say no evil.

For the Zonda average is like 1:04 - 1:05
Agreed, D5 driver getting 1:04.650 after 15 minutes or so. Saw a D1 driver doing low 1:03s

For the Mustang, low/mid div is looking like 1:47.000 so far. (only a few samples in the TT, but WideEyed was at 1:45.9 and msgt_sd at 1:43.9, so that seems about right.)

I'm always puzzled by this as well. I go on car buying sprees every couple of months or so just to spend credits and can't seem to go under the 40 million mark. And I've stopped running every seasonal a while ago, now I just do them when the car/paint prize is good.
I've even thought about buying another 330 P4, just for the hell of it.

I'm active practicing combos. I got Bob to make the cash when I need it. However I did attempt the nurb once and didn't pick the right car not to mention the fact that I have a love / hate relationship with that course.

The two time trial ones WERE brutal, admittedly. I did get them to gold eventually, but only because I had insomnia for a good week over the holidays.
On the other hand, the 2 A-Spec races were not bad at all and paid 6.6million as well for gold (event description was wrong), (on both races go IM tires and pit after 5), and the drift challenges are pretty easy ... 20-30 min to get 6.6 million each.

Anyway, was just razzing you.
