My game started acting stupid and my online was all wrong so I deleted it all and started over :/ re downloaded all my mods but I still haven't commuted to putting them all in the game.

Let me explain like this:

I join a Nordschleife lobby, 555pp limit. I limit my Vantage a little to make it legal. Race is on, I do ok. On straight parts I get left like a snail.

I check the stats of the other drivers. Everybody has 555pp like me. One guy runs the same horsepower but his car is 300kg lighter... another guy has the same weight like me but runs about 100 horsepower more.

I am d.o.n.e. with your so called racing game Kazunori Yamauchi

All in the tuning, the driver, and the choice of car. Plus restricting your car is the worst decision sometimes.
 
I only limited the Aston by 10hp I think. 2 cars with the same pp and same hp can't have a weight difference of 300kg, just no.

On GT5 you could have a fully stripped out soarer with 750hp on 550pp lol...

Some cars are just messed up. Torque is a big thing though when it comes to PP, they probably had lower torque than that vantage for sure.
