I'm pretty sure he doesn't literally mean that, by that i believe he means that you guys do nothing but recruit people out of the blue. A team at this caliber should only recruit people that deserve the spot. I think you guys need a recruitment processes, but i don't run this team so obviously my opinion shouldn't matter.
