how they expect me to play ... when they **** everything up..all the time...

so I use cockpit view: and wheel in game doesnt turn as mine...they fixed that..but now again
- I used rb x 2014 standard....and other cars...where you can't change ride height..so height is not problem " bottom up "

Sounds like a problem with your wheel tbh
well...new calibration option left - right ...says everything is ok...same angle on screen and my g923...but when I drive some cars...cockpit view shows 720 angle and my g923 rotates 900...
what should I do...?

My G923 seems really unresponsive after update. I can't feel ffb and steering is just weird, I need to steer much more than yesterday. I need full 180 degrees just for the first turn at Spa...
Is it only me or someone has the same problem?

I think my TM does that too. Its just not animated but if you look chase cam view the wheels still turn 900. Ignore it

yeah..ignore ok...but with past updates..I didn't have that problem...and I enjoy playing in cockpit..
there is loss of performance for me...
I can't play like that...

I tried every available options in menu and nothing helps...
maybe they will see this and fix..maybe somebody who knows them can report a problem

It’s always been like that for me, at least for GTS-Gt7. I use a g29 though so could be different. Even when using a controller the game only shows a certain amount of rotation on the steering wheel (cockpit view) but will continue to turn sharper. If I remember correctly Gt7/GTS
Automatically changes the steering rotation per vehicle. 🍻

before this update ... I didn't have that problem, and I drive in cockpit view all the time..that's why I have noticed that

Can you manually change the rotation angle settings on your G923? If yes, do Esso long until it fits and runs synchronously.. if no, just need a steering wheel where you can do it. The game was already having a rotation angle issue prior to this patch, but I didn't notice this until just before patch h as my steering wheel was being repaired. I'm currently driving all the cars I've tested so far at 720 degrees, which fits very well... When I put it on automatic it seems like it's going more at 360 or 540 degrees which doesn't feel good.

on g923 you can't change steering angles..but I saw..steering adapter upgrade helps...but it's not upgrade on cars which I like 🤣🤣🤣 superformula and rbx2014

First it was the Thrustmaster/Fanatec users, now Logitech...

I'm so pissed off at PD right now. However, thank god, the issue isn't consistent. If I just boot up the console and get into the game straight away with the wheel connected, it works like pre-1.17. But if you activate the so-called vibration mode, where you enable it, that's when the issues start.

I basically restarted the console when the problem occured and it was good again.

To elaborate, the issue is, you now need to steer about twice as much as before. And since you steer more than the few degrees the virtual wheel shows, it's out of sync. The degrees of rotation increase with the bug

Yep, me too - no feel at all from the wheel, and there's a lag when steering too. Was fine before the update. (G923)

What is/how do activate vibration “mode” for a wheel? G29here.

I think that happen..when wheel is connected and you plug out from ps4 and connect again...then wheel has different feeling...its more stiff...but you don't feel kerbs so much...but I dont think that fix steering issue...
same as other said ...spa 1 corner. slow speed you need to rotate like you are in you own car 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I didn't have that problem with previous update..cars steering wheel was sync with mine..but now almost all cars turn differentlly and if you play in cockpit camera..you can clearly see that...steering adapter upgrades help...BBBUUUUTTT.. if you are Lucky like me..all those which you love to drive don't have that ability 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
and I hope they will fix that

I CAN CONFIRM...THIS SOLUTION LIKE TUMEK5 WROTE:

1. start ps4 or ps5 + plug a wheel like you always do
2. START GAME
3. GO TO WORLD CIRCUITS TIME TRIAL ( whatever track you want )
4. TAKE CAR THAT HAS RACING STEERING ( RBX OR LMP HYBRID )
5. DONT USE STEERING ANGLE UPGRADE IN SETUP- HAVE IT ON NORMAL
6. PRESS START IN COCKPIT VIEW AND SEE IF YOUR WHEEL IS SYNC WITH THE CAR WHEEL

IF IT IS ITS OK, IF NOT:
1. HOLD PS BUTTON AND GO TO POWER AND RESTART " not turn off " YOUR PLAYSTATION...LEAVE A WHEEL PLUGGED !!!
2. WHEN IT WILL RESTART JUST GO INTO GAME AND TRY AGAIN STEPS ABOVE, IT SHOULD WORK FINE!

My 923 experience has been a general nightmare. My original one worked for a while and died but they sent a replacement under warranty. Out of the box that one would not communicate with anything it was pliugged in to. Logitechs pc sortware could not see it (nor could the computer os). If I pl7gged it into the ps4 it would calibrate but not work as a controller. Plugging it in to the ps5 would not even wake it up. SO, tech supprt sends me a return label and ships me another one. I plug this one into the pc and it works, firmware is up to date. Plug it in to the ps5, nothing. Wont calibrate, wont wake up, ps button does nothing. Plug it in to the ps4, it wakes up, calibrztes and works as a system controller and wheel. Now that its awake, I can switch the cable to the ps5 and it works with gt7 normally. After I shut everything down though, I have to go through the whole routine again to get the ps5 to recognize the wheel. We'll see where this goes with support...

Just entered to see if its just me or the FFB has been changed.
Logitech G29. Definetly feels weird, a lot lighter and... just weird.
something has been bad for all logitech...above you have a " solution " maybe it will help..Just give it a go and see what will happen

Tried the solution as suggested by TumeK5 (restarting the console), which seemed to help a bit, but I wouldn't say it felt the same as pre-1.17. Something still feels off. I'm almost certain that the FFB is still weaker than before, and the wheel rotation is certainly not in sync with the wheel in the cockpit view, but I don't play in cockpit view, so I don't know if it was ever in sync before. I may do more testing tomorrow if I have the time.
