Theres no way an Escudo can beat a Veyron in a drag....unless I'm to stupid to figure it out.

It depends if the cars are maxed out, of course a esudo will beat a crappy veyron, but how about a top tuned one? Thats what people got to learn, just because you beat a car, it doesnt mean that thet particular car is bad, it could just be badly tuned by 13 year old kids, or 25+ wannabe gangsters.

"Yea I love the escudo. It's funny cuz most people don't know about it and when I bring it out to kill their Veyron they're like "What the @%$# was that?!?"
Well, that explains the iq of fellow indy dragers, seriously what kind if people are you running with, no wonder you are beating them all the time.

lol these are not pros at all. They are the ones who suck at tuning but still want to beat you so they bring out their Veyron. If both were tuned, a Veyron would win...but not by much.

Launch is tricky but once you figure it out it's not bad.

Back on topic ;) Here are my speeds in all my favorite drag cars.

Viper ACR '10: 165 Mph
Audi Nuvolari Quattro: 153 Mph
Tommy Kaira ZZII: 158 Mph
Audi Le Mans Quattro '03: 159 Mph

A lot of this thanks to DaLightningRacer's Advice over the forums! Thanks for the little tips along the way.

I launch fine and I still get whooped. I have my Escudo fully tuned to the max.

After launch, my Escudo can accelerate faster than a Veyron. But sometimes all the downforce slows me down at the end.

Wow, your Mach 1 would be a good match for my 'Cuda and Cougar. I've seen your name before, we should run'em.

I'm the big boy in Drag Racing :sly: Haha just kidding. I tune all my cars to my..... "secret" specs :dopey: If I remember I'll add you. I got Cougar and Cuda drag cars too :)

EDIT-I said I got a Chevelle drag car...? I do have one, but I meant to say Cuda xD

I'll send FR.. Anyone else who wants to run some old muscle or whatever send a FR stating your from GTP 👍

I wouldnt hope for drag tracks in gt5, we need tree and timing system that works online as well. The tree and time works well when it works, if there are lag, or other issues, then you are screwed.

I hit about 142 in a 1970 Challenger that hasn't had the tranny really beaten down and me gotten into yet. So I'm not sure where that car could go. I'm hoping to hit 150 but thats still far away.
