Please stay on topic? This thread is not for comparing times.
And the author only has one post, which indicates he probably is not active anymore, but I'll leave this thread anyways.
It's been sometime since I've attempted an acceleration run but I will try to lay out the relevant factors as I understand them to be or as I guess them to be.
First you want your wheels straight, so 0 on camber and 0 on toe. Then you want your ride height at the bottom, but I'm not sure where you would want your springs. The downforce works best at low settings, but I'd experiment. I'm not sure where to set the LSD, I assume high unless it adversely affects the shift points, which I've heard it can, or it causes a power loss or some other thing it can supposedly do. You may also need some tire chirp in some cars.
Gearing:

Now onto driving. Try different start rpm., Try breifly releasing the accelerator to stop slippage and aid with traction. Try shifting at different points. Past redline, 500 rpm before.
When setting the gears, test out the harmony between the final drive ratio and first gear, they may be costing you time and are probably the most important gears. Sometimes you want a car to rev from it's torque peak, however that torgque peak may be too far from the hp peak in the rpm band, or just too far and general. So even at speeds below 100 mph it may be better to have the early gears rev back only a bit, not all the way to the torque peak, as this may cost you time. So if your redline is 8000 and your torque peak is 4500, not going to 4500 may be in your best interest, or you may want to go below the torque peak, it varies. You after shift rpm is figured by dividing the current gear by the next gear, then multiplying that by the shift rpm.
