9.2-9.3 is not that hard on the skyline. Ill upload my RUF RGT settings later tonight when I get home. However I forgot my shift points that I used to get 8.791, so now I get 8.808.

in some movies i see some 9 sec skyline and supra and in teh game the supra does hardly high 9's or low 10's any comments on that ...i know the type of turo and stuff but their must be something

My lowest time is in my escudo is a 8.783 and thats with 1881 Hp and tranny tuned to perfection and superslicks

I do not remember my shift points but switching at fuel cut off point getts me 8.808 and my car is producing 1098hp.

I also take of on second gear. And get the best tires. I have found this setup to also be a good drift setup.

my fastest 1/4 is 8.076 with my F/094 but i guess were going none modified hea so hea r some of my time with my none modified cars..........

skyline- 9.015 here a tip turn off that tork thing leave it normal
escudo- 8.956
ruf rgt- 8.878
trueno S.S.- 11.856

i think thats about it for now i need to test some other cars...

hey if u remove that the tork thing on the skyline it will take off like 200 milli secs and any of u guys know how to power shift..........it's a secret but if u wanna know PM and ill tell u if u dont know

I've tried talking about this over @ gamespot when i WAS a member...nobody seemed interested in 1/4 times. But...anyway...my fastest cars...excluding the escudo...

1: FTO LM...9.282
2: GTR34 Vspec II: 9.843

What makes me mad...what's the deal with the Supras not boosting until 3rd gear...my god...it has top end like a mofo...but off the line is HORRIBLE...you would think with 1072HP it'd be faster than an 11.2 ??

A tranny tuned to perfection will run a 8.35.... I have a friend who can do it.... mine will run a 8.5? ...... I did run a 8.4? one time but I can get 8.5? every time down the track in the cudo....

Update....i just shortened my 2nd & 3rd gear...threw on Super Softs....Pulled a 9.293!! Im sure it can pull a faster time than that tho....

ive spent 2 days tuning a escudo to drag style (launch in 1st) and got 9.003 with super hards, and 8.528 with super softs then further tuning of a 8.439 with different starting techniques

did you try the ride height? the ride height does matter....it should increase your time by atleast .500's of a second. if not then i dunno works for me....adjust it so that the front is all the way down and the rear is all the way up. no camber,toe, or downforce but traction control is needed for faster launch...this is only for drag...it'll suck on track. other than that it's your gearings mines look like this.. 1st and second as long as possible and line up the rest...i find that this makes it fast..for your gt-r move the final around so that your first gear max out at 60mph or enough to get your car going....didn't tune a gt-r yet but that is what i use on my escudo to hit 8.7's.

edit: hmm gearing didn't turn out like i see it when replying....well you get the picture.

I have to disagree with this. i set my ride height all the way up in front and rear and it is faster on all the cars that I have tested. I have tried to run with the front up and rear down, and the rear up and the front down, and both all the way down and they are all slower than front and rear all the way up!
p.s. I have never used that many (and) in one sentence before in my life!!!
