The Dollar Trees within 30 miles of me don't carry Hot Wheels anymore.
I'm hoping I can head out somewhere tomorrow. I kinda figured that they'd have Hot Wheels again at some point.I would check again. No Dollar Trees were carrying them for the last couple of years. Looks like that has changed.

Please read it if it concerns you. If not, please move on.
To anyone that I offended with my Tomica comment, or way I express my opinion in the group:
I do apologize for way I worded it. I do like to let you guys know that my statement is being taken out of context, and after million praises from myself on standard Tomicas posted by Daniel, or the mainline Hot Wheels posted everyday by everybody, I was somewhat taken by how I was instantly labeled.
In that "crap standard Tomica" comment, I was replying to Johnny, who asked if Tomicas were sold in the States. By "Standard Tomicas", I was referring to the very small lineup of Tomicas that were briefly sold here in the U.S. They were overpriced, very unattractive(downright awkward in my book), featured many casting choices that interested no one(nothing like the cool & unique 'Standard Tomicas' sold overseas), and sold extremely poorly. It was a very short run for them, so I think the market itself backs up my position on this.
I am sorry for the misunderstanding & poor choice of word I used to express criticism on those particular cars. Hopefully, you won't have to worry about me in the future. 👍
Thanks guys(all of ya) for the comments.
@jtl46 - Totally agree with your take on the buses. They are not new, but we find them not only very cool, but refreshing, too. Really looking forward to your post(+ pics) on the ladder truck. 👍
@Daniel008 - Loving the Civilian, also the killer photography. Really slick!
As stated, keep checking. Like, every day. Chances are pretty good they will be getting some, and if you keep on it you'll score the super. The Dollar Trees within 30 miles of me don't carry Hot Wheels anymore.
After a Google maps check, the closest one to me is 20 miles, but its by a Walmart, Dollar General and Rite Aid.As stated, keep checking. Like, every day. Chances are pretty good they will be getting some, and if you keep on it you'll score the super.
From the latest purchase from JapanBooster - T.L.V. Civilian Bus
@Spacegoat that bluebird rocks my spaceboat!
Wish hot wheels would attempt a licensed 80s Japanese race car.
*I am running out of photos to post lolx

Another box from Japan Booster has arrived. No one packs better:
And their buses also come in protectors:
These are truly amazing, and I cannot wait to photograph them. Didn't think I would become so infatuated with these larger utility vehicles:
And @a6m5 they are sending me the ladder truck as well. I have no idea how to photograph it, but I want to extend that ladder!
And speaking of those TLV box protectors, Japan Booster is now selling them on a separate site:
http://japanbooster.com
And they are also posting all the models they have photographed there for a sort of checklist. Great to have their pics in one place.
Only thing that would be better is a racing livery. Still a superb car however. Very jealous.Kyosho 1:64 - BMW M1 Gr. 5 (my second one so far...)

Mine hasn't had Hot Wheels for years.
Keep checking! Shipments are still arriving. The dollar trees I've checked so far just have the Maisto cars.
No thanks.Keep checking! Shipments are still arriving.
I snagged myself a black M1. Saving it for the rally customs.Kyosho 1:64 - BMW M1 Gr. 5 (my second one so far...)
Well, let's just say I'm not lucky to pick that one from the blind boxes.
You must not go to dollar stores much.No thanks.
Anyway, the real funny thing is that while there's no hotwheels being sold at the one near my house, there are packs of batteries being sold there.
