Didn't expect to see that. And yes there is a lot of curiosity about it. It looks good, but I also want to see how sturdy that trailer is, and how it works. Plus, at least one will look good in the collection. Maybe not two or three, but one.
Dang, that is a lot of money, considering.

Even for $100 + shipping, I have to pass, but I do get the enthusiasm. It would be very cool to have, but for me, say for about $70-ish. I'm really looking forward to your review on this one John. 👍
Love the transporter and the HINO KB324 truck.
Only two Hino I have are the Idemitsu tanker & that gigantic fire engine. I would like to add another Hino beast in due time. :D

Let me know if you want the Caddy so I can put it online if not.

Matchbox Lesney - The usual suspects

  • Datsun 620 w/PR5
  • Skyline 2000GT-R Hot Ones interior vary
  • Bluebird Wagon $uper (worth a shot, $30 would go a long way towards a purchase though)
  • F&F Skyline R34 w/metal wing
  • Mercury Cougar w/OH5
  • Fiat 500 10sp
  • '87 Toyota Pickup tan w/black wheel vary
  • Circle Trucker red w/OH5
That's just a few I think.

Jason all fair trades, but I don't have any to give up. I would probably be a little more serious if it would fit in the displays. Throw it on ebay and earn the money for the Wagon. I will promote if you'd like.

I'll have a few things to list shortly.

Yo this burgundy designer challenge Gangster Grin is sick! If the flame decals were gone, it'd be even more sick!

Big mistake made though: not a single Designer Challenge car has size 4 CM6s. Only Speed Machine's Ford GTX and some Acceleracers. :(

Looks like the $uper Datsun Wagon's are going for about $40-50 on eBay. (based on auction bids) Those listings with Buy it Now for almost twice that are in for a rude awakening when their stuff doesn't sell. Going to try and buy mine on Friday if I can find a good deal, if not it'll have to wait since I plan on spending $250 on my car this weekend. (alignment, brake fluid flush at the VW $tealership)

Just two cars today:

RLC Chief's Special

You haven't learned whack, you keep spending stupid money on trash like the 55 Panel and that Silverado. And lately, oh, the Datsun Wagon. That one was good too.
.......................... *ahem* Yeah, I'm gonna need you to look away for second. Thanks......

Tomica Limited Vintage Neo LV-N48a Honda Civic SiR-II

Oh, I almost forgot. I'm gonna need you to work Sunday, too. Thanks, Peter. -bonus-

Love big cars, but man, they can be a pain to store loose, too.

I think lot of people have missed the boat. They are actually going for more like $60+(shipped), but I do think they were going for more just couple of weeks ago.

I have mine listed on eBay high, but just like with the other items I have on there, I'm not at all motivated to sell them. If someone wants one badly enough, I have (high)prices listed that I can part with the item for. There's been handful of cases where collectors have asked for help, respectfully, and I have helped them. Those who PM me out of the blue asking for over 50% off, like they are doing me a favor, I just say "see you later bye!."

Got these old cars from k mart today. Plus they were on sale for 89 cents. Is the Torino a k mart exclusive?
I didn't think so, but I'm not 100%.....

You're trying to flip the one you bought off TTP? You should just sell it to me for what you paid. ;)

Edit: @Daniel008 - I never even opened my white hooded Hachiroku. It's still shrinkwrapped. :D
Are these any good?
I have a handful of those(2 or 3 of those being Scion xB's, which only me & Cano likes), but I also avoid those. In other words, unless I really like what I see, I don't even look to adding them to my collection.

Eeew. That's one of those I would even laugh at then throw behind my back, but hey, at least it's money kiiiiiiiinda well spent, it's a good piece, you know, not a basic Hot Wheels with rubber tires and a glorified blistercard, as usual. Still, ew.

being Scion xB's, which only me & Cano likes

Word.

Also, getting back to our TLV/Kyosho debate, I found something that kinda turns the tide undeniably towards Tomica: they detail their interiors in ragtop cars, whereas Kyosho don't, and well, compared one and the other, Kyoshos lack of detailing really comes about.

As usual, don't hold back or anything.👍 P.S. Don't forget the fancy paint job on RLC cars! :D

We all knew that, just didn't want to hurt your feelings.

j/k

Seriously though, I prefer TLVs, obviously, but they both bring something unique & quality to the table.

Now come on, that was just mean.

But to be fair, Cano ain't trying to convince you to stop buying TLVs, Shinji. He is just making a comparison between quality. Nothing more.

👍 👍

I can see why you wanted Cano to look away, just saw what they are asking for those on ebay.  Great shade of Red though. Looks great. 👍

Offtopic: I was down in Sydney a couple of weeks ago and there was a xB (Toyota Rukus as their are known down here) in the carpark outside the motel room window. :/ I cried a little inside...

Not feeling that civic sir... As a huge fan of the EG model civic, that model is WAY off, i expected more from TLV..

yet i still want one/going to buy on.

It's official. I'm going to retire the Toyota MR2 collection. Missed a really good one, and let a $10 black/3SP slide.

Still don't want to drop $23 for those black ones from '94. Not after I scored some highly-sought Kyoshos for nearly half the price. :D
