Got the seller to ship everything loose in as small of a "package" as possible. This thing fits in the mailbox too saves me the trouble of cutting down boxes. Car's there for scale size.

now that I think about it, it could've went even smaller if he cut down on the paper towel wrap.

): sad. Well, if you ever find another one, ask no one, it's mine
Jason, if you see any Japanese toy car of Toyota's first exotic sports car, generally made in China, name starts with 2000 & ends with GT, please pick that up for Cano as well. P.S. Name of the company is Tomica Limited.

Cano, I do this because I consider you my online friend. lol

I swear to god, I thought that was a burrito. Now I know what I'm going to have for lunch. đź‘Ť

Nobody's going to stomp a package at the post office, silly. You think a bump in the road isn't going to cause a blister to pop right off the card as well?

Not completely true. Packages do get mangled by the sorting machines occasionally, and yes, workers do great once in awhile stomp on, or take other uncalled-for actions against packages when they are in the mood. True story.

Cards getting bent and plastic blisters getting crushed in a padded envelope is enough for me to use a box.

Surprised that the post office doesn't do what UPS and FedEx do, they charge extra for items if they are not in a box.

Loose cars would be pretty durable. Carded cars, I would not trust anything less than a cardboard box to ship in.

My Toy R Us seems to be the first to get the new Boulevard AGAIN. :odd: Go figure. They usually are horrible with toy cars. They had Ford GT, which I've been planning to get, but I passed for another BRAT. Also shopped at Target, but not one car I'd want.

Hey guys, first post alert.

Anyway, I got a few rare (where I am) HotWheels/Matchbox cars and a Kyosho Toyota 86 I won in a contest held by Toyota UK on Facebook.

Pictures later on tomorrow, if I can find the time!

Yeah, bring it on. đź‘Ť

I saw the detailed pic of Boulevard Chevy Astro for the first time & I am disappointed. What the hell is this? Astro's my all-time midivan, and it looks like this, this, this & this. I'm mainly talking about the headlights + the grille. What the hell. đź‘Ž

Some awesome cars being shown guys, nice:drool:

Haven't posted for a while so here's what I've grabbed the last week or so:)
Been starting to get some good stuff around here lately:tup:

Never seen that beige 4-Runner. Awesome. Did you notice the dog in the Vista Cruiser? Little touches like that made collecting fun for me. :D Baby blue Land Cruiser's just epic awesome, and I like the Audi R8. I bought one for my nephew, but I wasn't collecting then. :dopey:

R1600Turbo
I probably won't make a Walmart trip until this coming weekend. I don't have a way to the store I got mine from since I had access to a car that weekend that I do not have now. So depending on my local store.

How was the V8SC at COTA? Did they have any model cars there?

Well, take your time Jason on the F&F cars, I can wait as well. Oh yeah, I'll talk about the cars and dividing the cars with the important cars I want first later.

But when you do or find them for a cheaper price at the HW meets this weekend, the R34, Supra, 70 Charger RT, Chevelle SS, RB20 Mustang from F&F TD and the R35 still stands.

@Andy: I though about it and I can't get paypal right now, since I got Jason and diabolic with a trades going on and then I'm cutting down on spending since birthdays and holidays are coming and checking my funds, can't do it sorry. :(

But for $1 USD per car was a killer deal, but my wallet is occupied now.

Thanks mate:tup: Yeah I'd never seen any single 4-Runners before, got 1 from a 5-pack a while ago but its green with decals all over it. I did notice the dogs in the Vista Cruiser, its such a cool car, looking from the side just reminds me of the Griswald's family truckster

Haha, go to all hell, dude.

As for me, I've grabbed little to no things in the past week, just two Garages, a M2 '58 Impala, and at last the yellow '70 Celica, but all of that in a fleamarket, zero stuff in stores.

Today's haul;

~VW Type 181, Nissan 350Z, BMW 2002

Pretty stoked about this one, found the Lotus and the 510 finally.

@AOS - why exactly is the Top Secret 350Z variant I have valuable? Not trying to drive up the price if I sell it to you, I literally have no idea why it's desirable.

Yesterday, I visited a hobby store where I usually go, and they have three Kyosho 1:64 boxsets:

Nissan GT-R Minicar Collection
Mazda Rotary Collection (I got the 787B already)
Ferrari Minicar Collection Neo 8

Man, I felt like a kid in a candy store... Though they sell the models individually at 450 pesos each (10 USD) and there's a catch.

The catch? The boxes of each models do not have a label of which car is inside, so it's like a $10 lottery ticket. :dopey:

I was thinking the same thing, just until I saw the scale.

What I got from Toy Peddler seller today:

Chevy was a freebie!

Difference between the mainline Supra & F&F Supra's blatantly obvious, but one I've been wondering about was the Charger. Here's my two:

Still needs the Chevelle & two Skylines!

At least you win something with this lottery ticket.
and at last the yellow '70 Celica,
Still waiting for the yellow Celicas to hit here. :(

I don't think it is particularly valuable; it's just a mainline. Reasons why it must've went up that much is because:

  1. There is a rise in hot wheel collectors in the past 2 years making recolours of past years more popular especially if they're sports cars.
  2. Other listings had the car at like $8-13. If people can fight for a $1.60 listing, they will.
  3. It could've been that that one bidder collects 350Z and will spend a little more to insure they get it.
